    I asked for very fine highlights starting at the base of my head and a non-brassy blonde and they painted the bleach in like a balayage and I left with yellow/ orange hair. I explained I was unhappy and that I now have several different colours in my hair and they said they can’t fix it, it’s not the technique they do at the salon. Very unhappy

    First two times were fine. This time with Veronique was not nice. She only smiled when saying goodbye. She seemed rushed and not interested in attempting to understand what I was saying. Too bad I like the other people but I will not come back after such a cold encounter with this stylist.

    I came to Jean Louis David this month with my daughter to get both of our hair done. Marie did a wonderful job advising me on highlight color and cut. I absolutely love the end result: my highlights have never looked so good and I’ve been given lots of compliments from various friends since. They also did a very good job with my daughter’s haircut and were very friendly with her (she lost her tooth so they gave her a present). Great service, quality products and an overall wonderful experience A+

    Beautiful salon! Haircut was good, but I expected higher quality from this brand. Whole bob Haircut was done by using clippers, scissors were not used even once. As a Hairdresser myself I was not impressed. The stylist was very sweet and friendly, and did her best to understand me.

    Excellent salon de coiffure que je recommande vivement. Je ne change plus ! Accueil, professionnalisme et conseils de qualité. Quant au résultat il est toujours à la hauteur de mes attentes. Extrêmement satisfait J'y reviens toujours avec plaisir! Merci et félicitations !
