    They are terrible, the worst hair salon ever. I got into the salon punctually on time, they made me wait for a while, after that the hairdresser washed my hair aggressively and he hurt me. Then he was extremely harsh while brushing my hair. I could not stand his rude behavior and bad manner of communication. So I stepped out of the salon with my wet hair feeling pain on my entire scalp. Not to mention the amount of hair I lost due to this cruel brushing. This salon deserves no star whatsoever.

    NEVER do your hair with the girl named Sylvie RIBEIRO, no experience what so ever. She destroyed all my hair, made a huge horrible Knot while brushing them, it was not possible to untangle the mess, that the manager had to take over and cut it out. I was crying when I saw what SYLVIE did to my long hair. I only let the manager do my hair, who is the most experienced and professional of all of them in this bad salon. I went to the salon to relax and have a nice hair day, instead my hair and my day was ruined. SYLVIE go back to school. I am very disappointed and I don't understand how people like Sylvie could work in a such good reviewed name salon Jean Louis David. And this in PARIS??? What a shame.

    Un salon très propre et soigné. Du matériel et produits de qualité et un personnel très sympathique / compréhensible. Ils m'ont proposé un café ou de l'eau car les périodes chaudes ne sont pas très évidentes.. Un massage crânien est fait lors du lavage des cheveux c'est très agréable :) Une belle ambiance et atmosphère. Je recommande !!

    Les prix sont abordables. Pour une première fois dans ce salon je suis vraiment satisfaite. Le coiffeur était très sympathique et soigneux. Je recommande !

    Unprofessional place, it’s either you accept to get ripped off, fooled or insulted !!! I went today for a normal hair brushing, the girl told me you should do a hair mask & I didn’t want to do a hair mask “ soin “ as they call it in french. When, I refused she started tearing up my hair from the roots to the bottom to prove me wrong not accepting to do the hair mask she suggested , i asked her politely to slow down, here she started to scream that my hair is dry & she already told me i need a mask. She went on screaming & shouting at me that when I shouted back at her, then her colleague “ Nadia “ came to calm me down & asked her to go away and apologized, also offered to do my hair instead but I refused as I won’t feel comfortable to do my hair in such a place. Unfortunately I couldn’t catch up her name but anyways that’s definitely not a good place to go or have any professional service done. ( French translation ) Lieu peu professionnel, c'est soit vous acceptez de vous faire arnaquer, duper ou insulter !!! Je suis allé aujourd'hui pour un brushing normal, la fille m'a dit que tu devrais faire un masque capillaire et je ne voulais pas faire un masque capillaire "soin" comme ils l'appellent en français. Quand, j'ai refusé, elle a commencé à m'arracher les cheveux des racines jusqu'en bas pour me prouver le contraire en n'acceptant pas de faire le masque capillaire qu'elle proposait, je lui ai demandé poliment de ralentir, ici, elle a commencé à crier que mes cheveux étaient secs et elle m'a déjà dit que j'avais besoin d'un masque. " Je ne me sens pas à l'aise de me coiffer dans un tel endroit. Malheureusement, je n'ai pas pu rattraper son nom, mais de toute façon, ce n'est certainement pas un bon endroit où aller ou faire effectuer un service professionnel.
