To whom it may concern, I am a regular customer, and this was my seventh visit. I have been getting my haircut here since I’ve been living in Paris. I made an appointment at 6pm on 10th June at the location near Place Victor Hugo. Here are the issues I would like to report: 1) Due to another customer arriving at the same time, the barber (a lady of middle age with short hair) seemed to be in a rush. As a result, the haircut felt rushed and not up to the usual standard. After about 10 minutes, she removed the cutting collar without asking if I was satisfied with the result. 2) When I requested a slight adjustment to the length of my hair, the barber responded that it would be complicated. This response felt unprofessional as I believe it is part of the service to ensure customer satisfaction. 3)While she did proceed with the adjustment, she appeared impatient, moving my head abruptly instead of communicating politely. 4) She did not put the cutting collar back on after removing it, leading to hair falling on my clothes and body. This felt inconsiderate and caused inconvenience as I had to go home and shower instead of going out with friends as planned. 5) After finishing the haircut, I was not asked if I wanted any styling product applied to my hair. This was the first time I left a barber shop without being asked about styling. Overall, I was dissatisfied with the unprofessionalism, her rudeness and lack of care during this visit. I would expect her to at least keep her politeness even though she was stressed. I hope this feedback helps improve the service quality for future clients. Thank you.

Darius meticulously crafted soft waves that left me feeling like a true Parisian muse. As the appointment came to a close, I couldn't help but feel like I had made a new friend. Darius genuine passion for his work and the warmth he exuded made this experience all the more memorable and special. I wholeheartedly recommend treating yourself to Darius at this salon. Je suis venue pour réaliser un balayage et une coupe dégradée, le résultat est au delà de mes attentes. La coiffeuse a très bien compris ce que je voulais et la coupe est bien adaptée à la forme de mon visage. Je reviendrai avec plaisir dans ce salon.
