Went there once for an haircut, and the staff were so nice, polite and professional, got a clean haircut and was very satisfied one of the workers there I think her name was Stella, she was the most amazing person I’ve met such an amazing person and she does her job with so much love, I will definitely be going back there, highly recommended.

I moved further away and cannot go there regularly now! It is the best team of hairdressers, they actually DO CARE about your hair ! I always had wonderful time there and the result was great. I will definitely come back no other place like this can be found around here.

Visited the store 2 days ago, my stylist Virginie did a wonderful job with my haircut and balayage service. I was looking for a solution for the contrast between my previously bleached hair and the newly grown dark hair, needed a natural transition with a bit of highlight for the summer, as well as a natural-looking bang. Virginie immediately understood my description, and accomplished efficiently the look I was searching for. She and her assistance also did a great job taking care of my damaged hair. Would definitely go back next time!

Booked online still got received late. I asked for a 0.5mm cut, easy and plain. The person ( male) that did it was very heavy with the trimmer (it hurt a lot) and also at the end I still got plenty of longer bunch of hair. Had to go to another hair dresser. Avoid at all costs.

We took appointment at 17:00, arrived at 17:00, waited for 10 minutes and they started to say that “you made a mistake the appointment was at 17:30.” I told them that they were wrong, they started to lie that I made a mistake, but I was 100% sure that we had a meeting at 17:00. Then they checked the system and said: “yes, you are right. We are late. Then just wait for 30 more minutes or take another appointment”. No one apologized even once for this delay/mistake and that we had to come from far away for nothing and we’re not polite at all. HORRIBLE service!
