I am still satisfied with my new haircut after 3 days. Before I came, I emailed Alexandra to make reservation a month ago. I used Google translate to communicate with Alexandra in French. When I arrive, to my surprise, Alexandra speaks very good English and we had no difficulty in communication! She explained patiently what’s her advise and discuss with me about the haircut. She even promised if I am not happy with the haircut I can come back the next day. Actually, my experience was good, the shampooing and message was enjoyable even though it cost as much as the haircut. When I posted my photos taken in Paris, my family and friends all noticed and praised my new haircut, so I post it below: before, I had long and damaged curly hair. After, new haircut for the new year!

First of all very kind personnel, very polite, nice and clean place good ambience good vibe. But on the haircut side , the hair cut doesn’t look good ,non homogenous no shape no style very asymmetrical communication was complicated very disappointing, you can find better for cheaper in Paris ! My recommendation go if you have a very basic cut needed and a very simple hair type.

Super professional and friendly people. Thanks to Alexandra, Mathias and Omar. No stress, they take the time to discuss what should be done (according to you) and what could be done (according to them). What they suggest is often an improvement on what you thought was possible. They use quality products (shampoo, colouring). Moderate parisian prices. And the playlist is great. Nice also to observe and discuss with the customers, be it a student from ecole normale superieure (an elite French university) on a shoestring (special prices for students) or a chic lady living nearby (ie in the Latin Quarter).

A lucky find....visiting from Australia, I realised I couldn’t wait till my return home to have my hair recoloured. As I walked past, I saw a sign in the window that said this salon specialises in my particular L’Oreal hair product, and when I walked In I was greeted by Alexandra, who manages tha salon and speaks very good English. She especially ordered in the colour I needed, talked through the different options for application, and her charming colleague did an excellent job. What I especially appreciated was the level of care and service for a traveller, though as I visit Paris every year I plan to return!

My 15-month old son walked in and relaxed right away. He was so calm watching the other hairdressers work that his hairdresser cut his hair while he was just standing in the middle of the room. It was extremely cute. The haircut, price, and customer service were all fantastic.
