    I am a client of this salon, since 5 years now. I had the most wonderful time while i did my Keratine with LEA. The keratine can be a very unpleasant process but she did a very good job, very calm and professional during the whole process! I went back to do my color last Saturday and i made a mistake on my appointment but i was lucky enough there was a lady named Jasmine who helped me fixing the problem. She was patient, she made few calls and found a solution. I did my hair color with a lovely Gentleman named Ahmed. He listened to me and found the best solution for my hair, mostly for the parts of my hair that i didn't liked. I loved the experience! I felt so good and positive afterward. Highly recommend this salon and these gorgeous people, who are welcoming and always a pleasure seeing them <3

    رائعين جدا واحب فيهم انه مهما كانت الإخصائية اللي تسوي لك راح تحصلين ع نفس جودة الخدمة وهذا شي نادر لانهم يدربونهم زيت (Translated by Google) They are very wonderful and I love that no matter what specialist does for you, you will get the same quality of service, and this is a rare thing because they are trained in oil.

    FANTASTIC! Highly recommended. Impeccable service, very attentive and they truly deliver. I did the keratine and at least the application was great (am crossing my fingers for the long term results). Marion is a star, do ask for her. She also cut my hair and she did a brilliant job, dedicated and kind. Keep up the good work!

    21 Aug 2019 Today I had my hair dyed (ombre highlight), as always, I'm very happy with the result, unfortunately I don't know the name of the hair dresser who did my hair, but everyone who works here are professional and every client has left with a big smile on her face. Thank you guys, I'll be back for more brilliant services. 30 Nov 2018: Today was my second appointment at L'Atelier du 8. This time I tried the botox capillair because my hair was a bit brittle. I definitely recommend it. It made my hair soft, shiny and stronger. Super happy with this experience, and as usual very clean place and towels, and the stuff is welcoming and friendly. ----------------------------- 23 Oct 2018: After I complained about an unexpected issue, I immediately recieved a call from the salon (Mr Noor). They sincerely apologized and offered me a refund for my keratin treatment with free unlimited treatments for my hair until it becomes healthy and strong. I went back to the Champs-Élysées branch, and for my convenience, one of their professional hairdressers who speaks good English was sent from the other branch so I can communicate with her easily (I don't speak French language). Long story short, the treatment was amazing, my hair returns strong and healthy, no more dramatic hair fall, also they offered me free organic shampoo and mask to keep my hair soft and shiny. Mr Noor called me back few days after to offer me a second treatment and to make sure that my hair has benefited from the treatment. All in all, I think it has been a very successful experience with Latelierdu8, and I'm satisfied with their fidelity towards their customers. Thank you to every stuff member who took care of my hair and I will, for sure, come back to your salon in the future. Best wishes, B. Basha

    I recommend this place :) I did the Brazilian care today on my frizzy long hair and thanks to Hajar the experience wasn’t bad at all (it takes a long time ). She was really nice and she did a wonderful job on my Caribbean hair. Im definitely doing it again:)

    Fantastic place. Already had two keratin treatments done there and a botox (keratin + collagen) until my next keratin treatment. Results are fabulous and long-lasting. Friendly and very professional staff.

    I thinks they are professional s in brésilien kératine blowout ,treatments and hair Botox in comparing with other services,it was great time for me after lissage and buy some brésilien beauty products .
