I highly do NOT recommend. Incompetent and quite unfriendly. My friend and I went in for a simple blow dry and curl, they completely messed up what my friend wanted. Mine was fine on the day but then we both experienced burnt hair smell when washing our hair for the first time after. My friends hair (which is naturally curly) is now flat and lifeless. My own hair (which is naturally straight) has gone completely dry at the ends and it took so long to get the burnt smell out of my hair. Please avoid this place. The manager has chosen to take no responsibility for this.

If I could give zero stars, I would. My hair is completely burnt and ruined. I have naturally curly hair which I wanted to get styled professionally for a special occasion. At the salon they took 2 hours to do the hairstyle - I had asked for a simple wavy blow dry, the curls did not even stay and my hair was straight after an hour. When I washed my hair after the event it smelled burnt. It also lost all its natural curls and is now completely straight and extremely dry. I have NEVER seen my hair like this before. It has now been a few weeks and my curls are still not back after multiple washes. I went back into the salon to ask them what they did to it and they told me they didn’t do anything wrong. I left my number as I want them to find a solution and I never got a call back. I gave them an opportunity to try and resolve this and they didn’t care so the best I can do is leave a review to warn future customers. This is a completely irresponsible salon. I am now paying another salon more than 150 euro to do a treatment for burnt hair - I’m going to have to cut my hair to try and restore it which will be another cost I was not expecting. I also did not want to change the length of my hair but I am now forced to in order to try saving it. No apology, refund or solution has been offered from L’Atelier du Lissage. You should be ashamed of yourselves. This is not how you treat people. And certainly not how you run a professional business. To say I am disappointed would be an understatement.

Pour commencer le salon est sublime, décoration au top et propreté irréprochable ! Je suis venue pour un lissage avec des cheveux très abîmés, Kamila a été de très bon conseil, elle a su me faire mon soin et mon lissage adapté à mes cheveux !! Je recommande ce salon, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés. Et le personnel est adorable comme tout ! Mille mercis pour cette expérience

1ère experience dans ce salon de lissage. Déjà le lieu est très agréable, lumineux et on s'y sent bien. J'ai été reçue par Cécilia et Kamila qui m'ont fait un accueil très sympathique et chaleureux. Cécilia s'est occupée de moi, j'ai fait un soin botox et un lissage. Lors du séchage avec l'appareil on m'a même fourni des caches oreilles afin de ne pas me brûler les oreilles. J'ai trouvé l initiative vraiment top. Et un masque de protection du visage m'à même été fourni afin d'éviter de respirer les vapeurs. J'ai été chouchoutée et aux petits soins durant près de 3h. Cécilia a bien pris son temps pour réaliser son travail. Le lissage semble très bien. A moi désormais de prendre la relève avec les conseils prodigués ???? Milles merci pour tout. Équipe très honnête et sérieuse. Je recommande ce salon à 100% ????????

Je suis super satisfaite du lissage américain ( et soin Botox) que j’ai fait dans ce salon. Après lavage mes cheveux sont toujours aussi brillants et lisses, c’est incroyable ! Merci Akila pour ce super travail.

Merci Imen pour votre accueil et mon premier lissage américain ! Mes cheveux sont super brillants et elle a respecté mon souhait de ne pas avoir un effet trop lisse pour garder mes ondulations :) Super pro et adorable du début à la fin de la prestation ! On sent qu’elle connaît son métier et qu’elle maîtrise parfaitement la technique du lissage. Je reviendrai vous voir avec plaisir pour refaire mon prochain lissage avec vous !
