Worst customer service I have seen in a city that’s supposed to be so welcoming to tourists. The lady was rude and racist and just because I am not French and I don’t speak French she refused to accept to do my hair. Not recommended !! The lady was blonde and the incident happened this morning (this is for you owner of the saloon) Responding to your response “Ms. Manager” I didn’t show up without an appointment, I showed up to book an appointment and the treatment was bad. I understand you want to protect your reputation here on google reviews and this is why your response is so polite and “logical” but that wasn’t the reality of this morning. In all cases, I hope this review teaches you a lesson next time of how to treat customers especially when they are visiting for the first time. You are most welcome on this lesson Ms. Manager!

Hello again :) I am the tourist lady who you refused to do her hair the other day and didn’t even offer a possibility to book an appointment. I just wanted to add one more thing, today I randomly went to Coiffeur cannes and even though I didn’t have an appointment, they were so welcoming, so respectful and offered the services that I wanted. So I think you should learn the definition of customer service from them. It will do you good!

I am very happy with my haircut. Sandra easily understood what type of haircut I need. She was very friendly, helpful and had the patience to practice French with me. I enjoyed my time there and I highly recommend it.

I cannot fault this place. The salon is very smart, the staff are extremely pleasant and welcoming and I'm very pleased with my hairdo and manicure.
