    I contacted this hairdresser to get my hair done before my marriage, I contacted them to check for their availability on that day I was told that they will welcome me and even open their place early enough so I can prepare myself before the ceremony. I was told I must pay them a visit to check my hair and the confirm the time needed for the cut I want, I left my place running to arrive regardless of the short notice they gave me and upon discussing with them I was told that the staff won’t be available early in the morning and they are sorry as they won’t be able to accommodate me on that day as their staff isn’t willing. I am extremely confused and angered by these conflicting message and the interruption to my day which is unacceptable in point of view.

    I've had my hair cut at LR Coiffure for several years now, always with Momo who is BRILLIANT. He is attentive, very professional with a great sense of humor. Momo became my personal barber and LR coiffure is always my first stop in Paris. It is always a pleasure to go there and I recommend Momo to everyone.

    Prestation de qualité, et heureusement car gros point noir concernant l'accueil et la communication. Je suis venue pour une manucure et pose de vernis grâce à une Wonderbox qui m'avait été offerte. Au moment de partir, on me demande mon code barre et le numéro d'offre, que j'avais sur mon téléphone. Puis d'un coup on me fait savoir qu'il y avait un coupon à apporter pour bénéficier de cette offre. Je ne l'avais pas (je pensais que le code barre et le numéro de l'offre suffisait), j'ai donc dû payer mon cadeau, ce qui m'a été demandé avec très peu d'amabilité, voire limite de l'agressivité. Passez votre chemin, il y a plus sympa ailleurs....
