    I visited Yan & Van recently for a cut and colour. I have had a lot of trouble finding a good colourist and I am so happy to have found Mendy. He gave me the best colour I have had in years ! Thank you !

    I've been going here for about a year now. Exept maybe one employee, everybody is really arogant. They don't understand we pay them for what they do, and however I'd ask them to cut my hair, they always improvise, and I'm almost never happy with the result. As it it weren't enough, they always seem angry that you ask them a certain detail; "I'd like it a bit shorter on the sides" "Oh really? Because if you cut it shorter there, it's really not going to be beautiful." I'm not asking for you opinion. I'm paying you to do your job, so just do it..... very good way to push clients away. I've just been there 30 mins ago, never going there again.
