My Opinion
I grow up in Nice and now live in UK (Newcastle). So this review is for you British or whatsoever English-speaking people. If you want a nice hair cut, man and woman, don't look further. This is the place to go! Short, long, curly, any type they can manage. Ladies fancy a nice colour? They nailed everything! Don't be fooled by the look or young age of some of them, Magalie (the boss) had make sure that she had the best staff in her team. Plus the place is hype, stylish and you get a drink and a head and body massage while they wash your hair! i tell you guys, it's a no brainer! Ps: if you look at all my review, you'll see that i complain a lot!

The worst experience in Nice!!!!! If possible I would rate 0. First of all, even that I have called few days before and made an appointment everyone seemed to be surprised that I have showed up and that I was supposed to come in. Second of all...I came in for a haircut and for a color of short hair. I was very clear in explaining what I would like - ash blond. I had already blond hair so it should not be a problem. I even showed multiple photos of the results that I would have liked to receive and got approval from both staff member and I assume from the boss that they know exactly what am I talking about. After maybe 1.5h of color and washing I sat down with my jaw dropped down....I saw myself in the mirror with WHITE hair. I am not even kidding...freacking white hair. My heart started pounding from stress...I said that it was too white...that it's nothing what I have asked for...so they ignored me at first and said that they will do my haircut now and then they will see. I wasnt even paying attention to the haircut since I was still worried about that granny white hair. After they have "finished" my haircut - it wasnt done properly as I have it not even on both sides. They dyed my hair again...which did not make any difference...than again...when it went from white to freacking BLUE!!!!!and theb one more time!!!! So it was 4 times!!! At that point I just wanted to leave and go somewhere else for help because clearly those people misleaded their carrers and learned nothing. How you can dye someones hair blue when they ask for ash blond!?!?!?!?! And do it 4 freacking times!!!!!!!! Nightmare..they were all laughing at me saying that I am a demanding customer and pretenting everything is perfect and that it was all my fault because I didnt know what I want. I left really angry looking like my granny with grey /blue hair..and overcharged...the price at the beginning and at the end was veeery different when I asked why the price is so high - I received the answer from what I thing "the boss" that I am paying for their work..Even that I said- "listen I am leaving really unhappy not only you have damaged my hair by dying it 4 times but also I have not received what I wanted and I waisted over 4h of my time!!!". The lady said.."oh I am sorry"...with a smile on her face. I honestly dont know how those people can sleep at nights after ripping you off so much and not being able to say that they are sorry when they made a mistake. Instead they made me look stupid and ridiculous with this crazy colour. I will never go even close to that place and make sure that nobody who I know is not going to go there- and I am working in tourism and I get asked very often where is a good hairdresser in Nice. Well...it definitely is NOT Kult. In fact nothing was "Kult" about that place.

Bonjour, mon expérience personnelle a était décevante, j'ai réglé la somme de 120 Euros je trouve que le résultat n'est pas celui que l'on m'avait proposé, ni celui que j'avais demandé, si cela n'était pas possible j'aurais simplement aimé que l'on m'en informe ... Au moment même j'ai voulue attendre et ne pas avoir de réaction précipité, mais je me rends compte avec du recul que je ne suis pas satisfaite, Je m'appelle Alizé, j'ai pris rendez vous il a peu de temps et j'ai demandé une couleur qui se rapprocherai de ma couleur naturelle, sur la palette de couleurs que l'on m'a montré il y avait un châtain cendré et malheureusement, j'ai un châtain auburn, ce n'est pas la fin du mondemis disons que pour quelqu'un qui voulait estomper le côté rouge et cuivré ce n'est pas réellement le cas ..je ne suis pas défiguré mais pour une prestation a 120 euros je trouve ça exagéré d'autant plus que je n'ai pas fait de brushing, donc je suis déçue. A vrai dire.

Très belle première expérience dans ce salon cet après midi. L'équipe est chaleureuse. Clément a gentiment accepté de me prendre sans rdv et s'est soigneusement occupé de mes cheveux. Le résultat était top ! Il a su comprendre mes envies. Un grand merci à lui. J'y retournerai c'est certain. Bonne continuation ???? Aziza
