    I wonder if the good reviews from other customers was under a different management? Because it was such a horrible experience. I have never been to a hair salon would left the large amount of dye residue on your scalp, forehead and face after shampoo (a large obvious amount) and unfortunately I could not see my back but when I run my fingers through the back of my neck, my finger tips were covered with black dye. When I requested the hair dresser to clean the residue on my face, she shook her head while doing it. Maybe leaving dye residue on customers face is normal in France? Well then this is definitely something I can not understand. The hair dresser was also not respecting customers scalp and hair at all, it was so painful when she was doing my hair and she treated my hair and scalp really badly, lots of painful pulling. And the hair cut was terrible....really bad. No wonder I was easy to walk in without an appointment, I then realised why the business was so quite while other hair salon needs to be booked in advance.

    I'd gone to a hairdresser in Marseille and it was a disaster, the guy was stoned up to his eyeballs- I only noticed when it was too late. So when I came across this place ( to fix/finish the job) I took my chance. I'm so glad I did. I did wait a fair bit which only assured me I was in the right place. These guys are in demand because they know what they're doing! A fella with a casquette on cut my hair and boy, I can't fend off the ladies since I've walked out of there. Another reason why I wish I could stay in Aix forever.. Maximum professionalism at a minimum price I haste to add. Thank you again Le petit salon homme, you're the best!!

    Un beau cadre, un coiffeur compétent et à l'écoute et une ambiance au top ! Je pense que pour le prix on aura pas mieux...

    Excellente prestation, je suis complètement satisfaite de mon expérience. Je recommande ce Salon ???? il faut pas hésité à demander Lourdes elle a été douce, attentive à mes besoins et de plus de bon conseil. Ses mains de fée mon sublime Merci encore pour ce moment de bien être ♥️ A très vite pour un soin

    Update deux ans après : vous devriez embauché un employé de plus voir deux notamment le samedi pour éviter que votre équipe soit en sous-effectif d'autant plus quand votre unique coiffeur sort dans la rue pour fumer son joint alors qu'il y a trois clients en attente. En terme de note on passe de 4 à 1 étoiles. S'il y avait eu 0 je l'aurais fait sans hésitation car ce manque de professionnalisme est rédhibitoire en mon sens.

    Je suis désolée, pour mon fils, la coupe demandée n'est absolument pas respectée et c'est vraiment laid. Tout ce que je ne voulais pas a été réalisé. Nous devons faire rattrapper tout ça par un autre coiffeur. Finalement, d'une coupe à 12€, je dois payer un autre coiffeur + une casquette en attendant.
