I went to my diagnostic session, I made sure that both the diagnosis and the appointment were with the manager (more expensive but she was supposed to be the color “expert”). After the diagnosis the manager told me I could have the ombré I wanted. I went for my color process a couple of weeks later and the result was not at all what I expected or what we had seen in the pictures because even though I said I wanted a cold blonde/beige contour and ombré, there was no contour and the color turned out to be more like warm honey. I went back a few weeks later to fix it and it was worse, I left with 3 colors of hair and not only that, now I have it burned. I paid €180 to have my hair completely fried. In her favor I must say she has a very good attitude and is well liked, however she is not the color expert she claims to be and clearly did not take care of my hair at all. I feel completely disappointed, sad and even embarrassed to show my hair. I can't even cut it because the most burned part is all over the front of my face.
