I spent 160 euros for a disappointing experience. My initial purpose was to get a haircut and undergo a "lissage a la keratine" treatment, but after my first shower, my hair reverted to its curly state. Not only was the service subpar, but the hairdresser's demeanor was exceptionally unpleasant. She showed no willingness to cooperate and instead staunchly defended her stance. It should be a straightforward assessment to determine whether the keratin treatment was effective or not—either my hair is straight or it's not. My choice to visit this salon was influenced by what I saw on Instagram, but the actual experience left me thoroughly dissatisfied. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

When I first came in, the lady was a bit cold and rude because I did not speak French, I did not think much of it and tried to communicate as best I can that I wanted to retouch my balayage, as I have been for the last 8 years. The technique she used, was to tease my hair for the balayage effect, which ended up leaving my long hair in knots and tangles. When she was brushing the knots out with, it took what felt like 30 minutes and alot of pain, but she convinced me everything was okay. Afterwards, when we were finally finished, she did not use any heat protection before curling my hair with a straightener (when I did not ask for it and I never curl my hair with heat). Unable to communicate effectively in French and afraid to upset the stylist, I did not speak up. Finally, when charging me for the final amount, it came out to €330, which is €190 higher than what their website says for balayage long hair. She then told me it was NOT a blayage but ombre, so the website says €200. I ended up being able to argue and paid €300 which is still much higher than what I originally expected. Keep in mind, it is also cash only, so if there is a problem, you are on your own. The color was nice and so I was a bit upset about the price, but overall satisfied...however... I have finally washed my hair a few days later, and it turns out I lost half my hair. It is now very, very thin and looks awful when it is straight. I am most upset about the damage to my hair than the unexpected price. I have never encountered this problem before at highly rated salons, so I must put my warning out there. I do NOT recommend this salon. Edit in response to the business' response: It's absolutely expected that they do not take the blame or attempt to fix the situation rather blame the client. I have been doing my hair for 8 years and this has never been an issue. The biggest issue is the stylist pulling out my hair with a hairbrush while it was wet and burning my hair with a straightener. If you still choose to participate at this salon, do so at your own risk.

A FUIR !!! SOS. 200e pour aucun résultat ! J’ai emmené ma fille pour son premier lissage pour faciliter le coiffage à la maison et pour de la brillance extrême. J’ai laissée les cheveux de ma fille sans lui laver pendant 1 semaine, pendant ce temps ci je lui lissais pendant 5 jours car la responsable m’a dit que le produit rentrerait mieux dans le cheveux. J’hallucine, au bout du premier shampoing c’est comme ci il n’avait rien fait ! J’ai renvoyer un message à la responsable pour avoir un retour je n’ai aucune réponse et il n’y a aucun professionnalisme dans ce salon, des conseils en cartons. J’ai acheté les produits sans sulfate qu’il fallait. Mais rien n’y fait. Vous avez rater votre vocation, ce n’est pas des coiffeuses. Je vous déconseille fortement !

J’ai effectué mon lissage Indien chez elle (avec Imène) et franchement je ne c’est pas quoi dire à part ✨ PARFAIT ✨ Voici une photo de mon premier lavage au lissage indien seulement en les séchant au sèche cheveux j’étais choquée et super contente ! Même plus besoin de les lisser très ravis personnelles très accueillantes ????????

C’est la première fois que je viens dans ce salon et franchement je suis très très satisfaite du résultat (ombré hair) qui a été réaliser par Zina, une coiffeuse en or , à l’écoute de sa clientèle très souriante et surtout très professionnel. Merci encore Zina.
