I wish I could give zeros for what they just did! My teenage daughter just came to do simple wash-cut-blow dry which costs 34€, she was alone. She double checked the price before starting. While washing her hair, woman asked my daughter if she wants conditioner too without saying anything else. My girls said “sure” assuming it is included in the standard hair wash, only to discover at the checkout that she was given expensive hair treatment for extra 14€! This is so low to fraud a kid like this, I have no words! And it’s Xmas time!
