I made an appointment at 12:00 but it started only at 13:00. They accept more clients than actually they can handle. So many waiting time, I spent almost 4hrs for simple coloring and it’s not about my hair, it’s because of their poor operation. The woman in charge was handling 2 client’s coloring and other 2 other women did not help or anything and keep doing new client’s hair. The result did not meet the price and service at all. I’ll never go back.

I cut my hair here for 3 years already, no matter how they change the employee here, every hair dresser I met is always polite and skilled. They have a booking system that’s easy to use, but sometime hard to find good available slot. By the way nearly impossible to reach them by phone, so sometime I send SMS, they reply SMS occasionally, not always.

Just moved to Paris recently and this salon was recommended to me by a friend. I was a little nervous as it was my first haircut in the city but Christian immediately put me at ease. He is very gentle, thorough and skilled at his craft. I'm very happy with my hair and will definitely be coming back! Merci Christian ❤️

The stylists were very attentive and kind to my requests. They recommended hair care tips as well as styling tips as I talked with them regarding the particular hairstyle that I wanted. I've been here a few times and the quality is really consistent despite changing stylists. To add, the massage chair during the shampoo and hair rinsing was pretty relaxing! For 35€ for a men's cut, I can't recommend this place enough!

Not professional. Came in to do highlights, after 6 hours and a lot of fight with the old lady, nothing like the photo I showed, which will take approximately max 3h to be done. She even refused to call the manager for me to talk it out by hiding in the back. End up searching for the manager number on the website. She came in and redid my hair once again. So total 4 times dyeing in one afternoon. My hair stays damaging for months. Paid 250€ without any discount for the inconvenience. Never again! Don't come here!

Not satisfied. I have made a reservation at 18:00 but need to wait for 20mins. The hair dresser doesn’t have a good taste of style and asked me to show him the picture of the hair style I wanna have. But he cannot follow at all the picture! It seems that he rushed to cut my hair in a standard way without tailoring to my need and my face at all. After I complained the style is not the same as the picture he tried to dry and comb carefully. I’d rather him cut more carefully!!!!!!

this is my very first time leaving a negative review on google, but i got a haircut here today and the result is devastating. the length and style of the end result looks nothing like the picture i showed. i can’t even go to another salon to get it fixed because the hairdresser cut it way too short. do not recommend.

I have been to this twice. Summer and winter. Since this place has a new designer I think the quality dramatically went down. My First time was when there used to be a designer called sophia(?) who was professional and talented. After the satisfying service and style, I have decided to visit there once more then there was a new hair designer. Having been satisfied with the former designer, I was expecting somewhat similar result. The new designer (theres only 1 designer at this place) is very strong with her opinion and also her hair styling is kind of old fashioned. Mostly, she doesn't listen to client's opinion but stubbornly goes with her preference. The result was devastating to me. If you expect to get korean hair styling or sth that fits recent trend, this is clearly not the place to go. P.S- I still do not understand where these 5 star ratings are coming from.
