Since I don’t live far from this salon, I decided to get a quick cut for the month. There is the option to book online yet I decided to go in person. To my surprise, I get insulted by the hairdresser Marion as I show an image of more or less what I would like, I am quite aware that my hair is thinning and diminishing, well she digs in deeper with her unnecessary condescending attitude on how she cannot make miracle happens… after taking a hit to the ego and receiving free insults, another hairdresser Caroline, proposed to cut my hair. She listened and gave me some proposals based on hair and face shape. Patient and meticulous, I quite enjoyed the experience regardless of the saddening welcome. Thank you, Caroline, you are a gem and example of customer appreciate.
