Trying out Myriam K Paris for the first time in Paris was a great decision! I wanted some good hair products, and their Blootox Water caught my eye. After using it, I'm really happy with how my hair feels and looks. It's smooth and has a nice shine. My experience there was awesome, and it's definitely a place I'd recommend for anyone looking for quality hair care

The hairdresser didn’t speak English at all. Didn’t listen to what I had asked for, just chopped 30cm of my then below waist hair with no hesitation. The worst experience. Now I’ll have to wait for a couple of years for the hair to grow back. The salon should either hire people that speak English or use google translate when they decide to deal with tourists/foreigners.

My first visit to this salon was amazing. The place is gorgeous and the hairdressers are so polite and fantastic, especially Karim who did my hair. However, the manager that works in the salon is incompetent and quite rude plus she doesn’t speak any English. After our 500+ euro services, I bought a 35 euro hair perfume, but when I got to hotel I realized they accidentally gave me the wrong one. I went out of my to exchange it and the manager was so rude about it saying it was open?! Despite it being their fault. She didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience. The hairdressers were so polite and kind about the situation, but the manager needs a bit more training in customer service.

Please don't go there. I tried really hard to just forget about it, I never write bad reviews but this place DESTROYED my long, blonde hair. I will write detailed everything that happened that day. I made a last min appointment and they said they could take me, once I got the impression nobody really speaks English so they gathered 4 hair dressers around me (to translate?) and I specifically asked not to put any kind of grey toner on my golden hair. Thats first. They all nodded and agreed. The first extremely strange thing was the fact that they made me pay upfront(!!!) before receiving any treatment. I paid 540euros. Next the nightmare starts. I was getting half head lowlights and toner cause I wanted to go slightly darker. They brushed my hair backwards and applied color with foil. They put me in the chair with the sink for about one hour. They left the color for about an hour and after that for another hour one of the hairdressers was trying to comb out their doing. She had to call for help because it was impossible. For an hour straight they were pulling my hair out and trying to brush out their doing. The pain was excruciating. I couldn't believe I'm actually paying money for this and that is before I even saw the outcome. The color of my hair was greenish grey. I complained right away and they said they would fix it by putting some golden highlights. So they put the color in and left me sitting in a chair again for another hour. It did not help at all. I got full refund of course, the grey-green tone eventually washed out but the reason I'm writing this is, my hair suffered severe damage during this visit. My hair was till my ribs and all the same length. No layers, nothing. After this visit the top layer of my hair (about 1/2 of the volume of my hair) started breaking off around the length of my face. I've been so depressed and devastated. I've had long hair all my life. For one year I've been trying all the possible treatments there are to repair the damage but nothing has worked. Only bottom layer of my hair grows, the top just keeps snapping. And all thanks to this salon. They literally destroyed my hair. I will have to wait God knows how many years for my hair to grow back (if it ever will start growing back) and to have it all the same length again. If I wanted it all to be the same length now I would have to get a pixie cut. I've already cut off about 15cm to make it less noticeable. They should've not only refunded me but also compensated for their incompetence. And it's crazy there's nothing I can do about it, there is no way to make them pay for the damages, all I can do write this review and warn others.
