    A fantastic haircut and service. As an English speaker, I was very nervous, but they were so accommodating and kind. I have a very difficult cut, and it was cut perfectly. I cannot recommend this place enough, very affordable, and a fantastic head massage.

    It is the best experience of haircut I've had in Paris and maybe even in my life. A hairdresser was extremely interested in my opinion and even when I didn't know how to explain he checked with me every step, showed the result, explained how it would look like and showed the pictures. I can recommend this salon to everyone. They are really, really good.

    Love, love, love! I have been hopelessly trying to find an amazing hairdresser in Paris and boy, did Molly hit it. I’m hooked. Don’t hesitate, these people are just pure awesomeness.

    Look elsewhere if you don't speak French fluently. Extremely rude service when I tried to modify a reservation on the phone. I did not end up going to this place. I booked a haircut through Cutshop's website and later called the place to change my appointment. A woman picked up, and I spoke French with her first. According to their website, there were two hairdressers having availabilities at the time I desired, but the lady on the phone insisted there's none available. Frustrated, I tried to switch to English so I could explain the situation better, and the woman rudely repeated "j'ai dit c'est pas possible" and then straight up hung up on me. Without listening to me, without explaining why there's no availability, and without even a "sorry bye". I ended up not going to this place because I could only imagine as a foreigner who doesn't speak French fluently, what kind of treatment I'd get if I decided to show up. Language barrier is one thing and is understandable, but straight up hanging up on your customers when they tried to do business with you is just so rude and unacceptable.
