Not worth going since Bradley left. In addition they charged me twice for a product i bought, no apologies, had to go back in person for a cash reimbursement - the lady wanted to reimburse less than what was due because the product was actually LESS than what i initially paid (twice). So rude attitude, PLUS in the end they kept 7 euros they owe me. Never again

I love this salon! Bradley is the best , he takes special care to listen to me then he makes the best suggestions for my hair. I love his style and technique, very professional too! I highly recommend Bradley if you visit this salon.

Mixed feelings to be honest. After hearing great stories I was very happy to go there. However when I arrived the women helping me started complaining about the quality of my hair (why I had come to them in the first place) very loud across the room and I felt really embarrassed. I tried to explain why my hair was in bad conditions due to long exposure of sun and seawater but she was not interested. Even when I tried to explain what I wanted, she did not really listen to me (and note Im not a native french speaker so it takes me a bit more time to express myself). She then asked her colleague (I assume Nicolas Waldorf) who was at least nicer in the way he talked but explained me their "brand" was not fitting with what I tried to explain. I'm still not sure they understood what I wanted and just felt that they would not treat my hair basically. In my opinion going to a hairdresser is also to ask professionals for help and trying an experience in where you should feel good about yourself coming out of it, which was unfortunately not the case. It might a famous place and they might be good at what they do- but the client service that I received was very bad. Maybe if i had spoken french better it would have been better, but honestly that should not be a reason.

after waiting 1 year to have an appointment with nicolas , he Literally ruined my hair, he and the team are nice and welcoming but he is not as he claims on TV, to choose the hair color he took his team opinion and kept asking them . He just busy with his business and fame only, he does not focus on the customer. he colored my hair with highlights , but after a week of washing the hair color changed and my hair became broken and falling out now, imagine after a year of waiting and destroying the hair, I dyed my hair at home because its color changed after a week of washing, so do not spend your money, a normal salon could do better
