Dirty hairbrushes and other utensils laying around. I was afraid to check the ones she was using on me. I do not recomend it for people with long hair. Its very clear that the hairdresser has no studies, I could have done a better job myself. For highlights, she had to stop in the middle of the process and prepare more solution because it wasn't enough, imagine the result. The shape of my haircut is unclear, looks like a broom.

I came to Osmose with a bad hair colour and unhealthy hair. Thanks to Marjorie, my hair has a lovely colour again and looks healthy. I fully recommend this salon, friendly and professional staff, very reasonable price. I will be back.

I've been here a few times because the price for highlights, cut and color are so low it's hard to resist. The place is what you would expect for the price: walk-in basis therefore variable waiting time (I noticed lunch times were always empty, so that may be a good time to go), you get the next stylist up, which is a Russian roulette. However, I have been as happy and disappointed at my hair (I've never in my life walked out of a hair salon thinking that was exactly what I wanted) here than in expensive salons in Switzerland and Italy. So if money is tight, go ahead. The have nice hair products (kerastase and loreal).

Terrible since there's a new, unfriendly owner. The young hair dresser had no clue about cutting techniques and I even had to pay more "because of Corona ". Last time for me.

N'y allez jamais !! Les prix sont exorbitants pour ce que c'est et la responsable est odieuse. Que ce soit la responsable ou les employés, ils ne sont pas compétents, que ce soit pour une coupe courte ou longue. Je suis allée là-bas pour me faire couper les pointes avec un lissage à la fin. Il y avait un côté plus long que l'autre et ils m'ont brûlé les cheveux. La responsable disait que c'était moi qui imaginais que ce n'était pas droit, alors que si ! Mon amie qui a les cheveux courts a demandé un rafraîchissement ; elle s'est retrouvée avec une coupe garçonne horrible. Je me pose vraiment la question s'ils ont tous leur diplôme. À fuir au plus vite !!!!!!
