Recieved a very warm service at this salon from all the employees. Came in with virgin pitch black hair and came out with such a natural blended result of my dream color thanks to Maizar. He understood well what I wanted and took his time without any rush to get me the perfect result- I mean the picture speaks for itself. Thank you!!

I am a super happy customer!! ???? Yesterday I finally braved myself to book for Balayage session with Maizar. When I arrived there which was 15 mins in advance, Maizar greeted me right away and did my hair screening first. I was offered drink right away as it was boiling hot outside, so it was a very nice gesture! After consulting with Maizar about the colour option, he advised me ‘beige’ colour, and I trusted him, I just did not want too blonde and not too dark. Et voilà, after a few hours I was stunned by the result! Super duper happy by the colour, thank you so much Maizar! ???????? As a foreigner living in Paris, it is very hard for me to find a really good salon to colour my type of hair, and I finally found one! ❤️

I went to Salon Antoine B. after several failed experiences and a huge amount of money spent on a hairstyle and colour I didn't like at all. After 1h30 I was going out of Antoine's salon not very convinced of the job he has done, only to see my colour evolving into this beautiful honey blonde that's "melting" perfectly into my natural root. I was supposed to go back 1 month later, but here I am 3 months after the procedure, and my hair still looks amazing. I am definitely recommending his services, he's an amazing hairstylist.

I had my very first appointment yesterday with Maizair. He was very patient. He first tested my hair. And after that he told me that he cannot do a balayage since my hair was already damaged. He really cares about your hair, and its health which was very impressive!!! Even if he cannot do a balayage he told me he can give a few highlights. The result: Amazing. So natural. I am very very much impressed how he understood what I wanted and did something much more better than what I imagined. And I saw the other clients hair which he did just before mine, I was very much impressed. I can assure you that the photos you see on the Instagram account are 100% true and definitely better in reality compared to what you see on Instagram. I strongly recommend!!!

During my trip I made an appointment for a blowout at the nearest salon. However, once we arrived , they were NOT welcoming at all. We said hello and everyone was quiet. At this point i already felt the vibe. Didn’t acknowledge us or greet us till minutes later. Felt so awkward. They all looked at each other as if we were aliens or something. Mind you their salon is very basic for them to act this way. Clearly they knew we’re tourist and didn’t make the effort to make us feel welcomed. I had very high expectations as everyone else was exceptionally kind to us everywhere we went during our trip. This place was a huge disappointment. Very rude and dry. Vibe was so off since we got there. Customer service is everything and theirs sucks ! As a business owner myself i would never treat , especially a new client , this way. They claimed we didn’t have an appointment till we had to show proof. At this point i just wanted to leave, but I desperately needed to get my hair done so I decided to wait and see. Anyways we sat and wayyyyy later he offered us drinks which I rejected. I no longer felt comfortable. After 20 minutes later i decided to leave. It was just not worth my wait.

Not the friendliest experience here. I booked 2 appointments for my sister and I and I get blowouts same day for 4:30pm and we go inside and I say hello and no one acknowledges us at all which was rude. Then finally one of the stylist addressed me and asked if I have an appointment and I told him yes. He didn’t believe me until I showed him the reservation time. He told us we had to wait an hour even though we booked for 430pm. I felt very uncomfortable and I can tell they were speaking about us in French. My sister and I decided to leave because it wasn’t worth waiting. This was my first racist experience in Paris and I’m disappointed. I hope In the future they provide better customer service.
