I had the best experience at Cortes! I was greeted warmly by the owner and offered a cappuccino and a bottle of water to enjoy on their terrace where I got to take in the magnificent view! Then Lena, one of their in house aestheticians, provided a waxing service and she was so warm and lovely! She instantly put me at ease! I highly recommend this lovely salon. Their customer service is fantastic!

I was cheated on the price, unfortunately. Got charged more than double for the service I went for. Their reason was because of a product they used on my hair which they used on my hair without saying it costs extra. It costed more than the service itself. Be careful

Ive ordered tone, hair mask for frizz and a blowout with frizz in mind and was offered shellac manicure while I was there which I said yes to. I paid about 140 Euro. Some people great english, some ok, some none. The whole thing tok about 2 hours so not super effective but it was pleasant experience. Nice atmosphere with several client, you can purchase coffee and drinks. Nice open space with big windows. You can sit outside and look at the the sea as well. Toning 20 Euro I wast sure what tone to choose I got a great helt with that - still very happy how my highlights turned out with a lot of warmth and yellow-red tones - never tried it before- love it. The toner I satt with for almost one hour - Im more user to 15 min. Will definitely recommend them for toning. Mask 15 Euro The hair mask I satt with after tones for about 20-30 min in the sink. My hair was softer that usual after but that might be because of toning, Blowout Not a thorough blowout.One person started then another continued. They forgot to use heat protectant, I had to stop them and ask for it. It wasn't spread evenly - oil from Shu Uemura. Ive said that frizz was my concern but no products were added to adress that. Blowout was mostly just to dry the hair - I usually do better job my self. Then some curls was introduced so my hair looked very good - fluffy though- at the end of blow. I was sure my curls gonna loosen very fast - and they did - 8 minutes it tok me to walk to Old Town - curls completely gone and my hair was fluffy and frizzy. Shelllack 45 Euro Was done while I had the toner in. Very fast and and a very thin layer. Effective. Still happy several days after. Will definitely recommend that.

Today was my valentines day treat at the salon Cortès! What a service, I feel like a princess and more! Beautiful environment, friendly and super professional personnel, quality products! I'm greatful for my manucure, pédicure, semi permanent varnish, colour, cut, blow-dry and certainly will be back for more!!!

Horrible experience for a simple beard cut. Absolutely unprepared, no pretreatment, not even a wash and clean after the shave. No post-shave treatment. The girl was at her first day of job anf I was the first client. She had no clue were the equipment was, not her fault!
