I went to the hairdresser hoping I could finally get a proper balayage treatment done on my hair. The sign on the door said a balayage treatment would be around 70-100 euros. Going into it I knew I would be paying more. I showed the gentleman that was doing my hair a picture of my expectations, he said it wouldn't be possible and showed me another picture which I agreed too. I also specified that I wanted the balayage to start closer to my roots which he said was no problem. After 3 hours the colour was to my pleasing and I asked for a trim of my split ends. I then asked for my hair to be styled in curls. I was not very satisfied with the procedure but the colour looked fantastic under the lights of the salon. I paid 234€ for my balyage which I thought was a bit excessive but was happy with the treatment. Once I left the salon I actually saw the colour of my hair in normal light and I was completely disappointed. He did not take my wants into consideration and the balyage treatment turned out choppy. The colour is very yellow and I have literal lines across my head where he started the balyage. It does not look natural at all and I will probably be spending another 200 euros to be getting this fixed. If you are looking for a salon that looks and acts classy then you have the right place if you want to actually get a proper colour or hairstyle this is definitely not the salon you want to go to. They love to push products and the price of their services are extensive.    It sadly won't let me post the pictures of my hair which is probably for the better

I first started going here in March and love it. My son and girlfriend both use this place as well and they both have "luxurious" hair! They have high end haircare products, always take your jacket and hang it up and ALWAYS there with a nice coffee and biscuit! I recommend this place, for sure!

I went there for cutting 5 cm from my hair in straight line.. they charged me extremely high fee!! 57 euros!! they spent max 15 minutes with me! also they did not check if the hair us even correctlty! seriously ridiculous price!
