The people cutting hair have talent that is clear. But, based on the image that I showed I think the hairdresser only saw elements of the picture that they wanted to do. The reference picture showed hair on the sides but I don’t have hair on my sides anymore, which is a shame. I would recommend to be extremely clear due to the fact that the vision of my hairdresser was not my vision and it was not due to a miscommunication, it was due to maybe some words lost in translation and a different idea. I wanted something more casual he cut something more radical.

I waited a few days after the haircut to be able to give a final rating. Many things contribute to the low rating. From the entrance I was treated quite coldly. The appointment was scheduled for 12 o'clock, I was admitted 20 minutes later, without a word of explanation. Once it was my turn, I started showing the hairdresser hairstyle inspirations. The reaction wasn't very positive, he didn't offer anything from himself, it fell on one of my suggestions, which was past my expectations. The whole shearing process was not pleasant either. The hairdresser's comb fell out of his hands, I felt tugging and discomfort during the cutting, I also got hit in the head with a brush several times. At the end, I pointed out that the fringe was going into my eyes and I wished it were shorter. To which he did’t react optimistically and did what I asked with grace. He didn’t show hairdressing skills or more courtesy. I don’t feel good after this visit or in this hairstyle. I waited a few days to style it my way and I am not satisfied. I had higher expectations for this place.

Coming from Singapore, we don't have many salons that cut curlys. So on a mission to get a haircut in Lyon, I found Second Face Vitet. Excellent experience since the day I walked in to make a reservation, Callum was warm, friendly and caring. He arranged for Helene to be my stylist as she is very good and experienced with curls. I absolutely recommend her!! THANK YOU! Come to this salon and be charmed by the wonderful ENERGY, good humour, and walk out feeling light, confident and full of life. Thank you for the wonderful service :)

Great place! The staff are super friendly and did a fantastic job. I have been to this location only once but would only go there form now on and although I do not speak French I was able to explain to the young lady what I would like done and she even gave me recommendation on what would work best for my hair so I couldn't be more happier because she was absolutely correct and it turned out to be a great advise. Also great music selection! 6/5 stars for me.

Juste parfait. Ils prennent le temps de comprendre ce que vous souhaitez, un massage au top, de bons conseils. C'est la première fois que je sors de chez le coiffeur content d'une coupe. Merci !
