Service:0 Waited an hour to start. They don’t accept reservations or waiting lists. You must wait for your turn in the salon even if you took your turn. the hairdresser is rude, plus is not professional at all, doesn’t know how to shampoo or how to hold the hairdryer right. Asked for a simple brushing, got out with my hair not well straightened and frizzy. last, there was only one hairdresser in the salon, which made us wait longer. And is expensive

I really trust this coiffure. It is always a pleasure to go there to do some hair caring and blow dry my hair. And the last time I went, Madame Samira was really nice and professional. For me, it’s very recommended.

Everytime I go I get surprised with paying more!!! They keep increasing their price ridiculously. They also let a man who speaks English explain to the woman what I want and how I want my haircut. When I got home I was surprised that my hair has different lengths from the above!! It is the worst haircut I have ever had, she completely ruined my hair. I will never go again to shampoo expert!! I am so frustrated. It’s a waste of money, I will now go to another salon for sure!
