We just had the best experience with Barbara at Studio Adakou! She came highly recommended so I felt confident taking my daughter here for her first haircut. Barbara did such a great job and gave us very helpful tips for managing our daughter's hair. I will definitely be returning!

Barbara absolutely killed it with my hair – it has truly never looked better. This was by far the best experience I've ever had at a hair salon; I'd trust Barbara with my life. She was so sweet and considerate, the BEST to talk to, and on top of that, my hair turned out 100x better than I had expected. The color was perfect and the layers are gorgeous even when un-styled. I would 100% recommend going here. I asked for soft layers and curtain bangs.

After 8 years in Paris I have FINALLY found my hairdresser ???? Barbara took the time to listen to what I was wanting and nailed it! She also explained step by step on how to maintain and keep my hair healthy. Barbara and Stéphane were both very friendly and made me feel at home. Highly recommend and will definitely be back ????

I do have to admit I booked it really late, and she was so sweet to accept my reservation. This was a bargain because I had no clue what to expect. The service was impeccable and she made sure to talk me through all the step she was taking. I 100% recommend! I do recommend getting a consultation with them beforehand… Nonetheless I was very much satisfied with the results! Thank you <3

Barbara is excellent. She clearly talks through what she’s going to do. She ensures you are in agreement before doing anything. The salon is clean, she runs on time, and is incredibly professional. If you are looking for someplace to do your hair, this is the place. Also she speaks English. And definitely come here if you have curly hair (mine is 4c).

Such an incredible experience at this salon! I went for a color and curly cut, as well as a treatment to bring back moisture to my hair. From the minute I walked into the salon, J felt welcome. It was clean, quiet, and I was even given snacks/refreshments. Barbara was very educative, patient, funny, and personable. She speaks perfect English and French, which made me feel even more comfortable during the process. I found my home salon in Paris, and will certainly be back. Merci énormément!

AMAZING SALON would give 10 stars if I could!!! She gave me exactly what I was looking for and showed me how to upkeep my new style. It isn't very often you find a hair salon that really cares about the health of your hair and works with kinkier hair textures, especially in Paris!! This is also, a great option for those who don't speak much French the owner speaks perfect English.

I have been looking for a place to get my hair cut for the past few weeks and I am so happy I found Barbara! She really took her time for the consultation and was incredible with my curls She recommended a deep treatment mask to help hydrate my hair and I’m so glad she did, my hair feels and looks amazing! The scalp massage also felt incredibly relaxing She was overall super sweet and great to talk to as well, I couldn’t recommend her enough! My hair hasn’t looked this good in a long time :)
