My hairdresser was an awesome guy called Marc. Very calm and polite. It was the first time I had such an experience, where the hairdresser actually takes time to explain and discuss the haircut, and proceeds step by step, to fix all the details it takes to get there. All this while at the salon they make you feel nothing less than a princess. I would totally recommend.

Not all hair stylists had adiquette training. I went here for a mere blowdry. I saw it had great reviews and a beautiful salon. The woman who booked me at the desk did my hair. The wash was okay. The blowdry was a nightmare. She had no, or horrible, technique. She made excuses for her poor choices. She acted like everything was how it was supposed to be with a smile. See photo. From the time of the photo, I asked her to get help. Another woman stopped mid-wash to assist. I asked her to help finish and fortunately she did. Any stars on this post were attributed to her. She saved-ish my hair. My senstive hair had to be blowdried more and I had a many baby hairs sticking up since the initial setup was poor. I entered the hair salon with a nice blowout and exited ruined. I could have done this better at home. I was still charged the full price of €43 for the hair wash and blow dry! I thought it was insane for the price to begin with. I felt scammed. Unacceptable.

I found Studio Ana’e after much research and booked on Planity. With a fee photos and Google Translate we were off to a beautiful relationship. Cela fait plusieurs fois que je viens, les coiffeurs sont sympathiques, les locaux esthétiques, on nous accueille avec une boisson si on le souhaite. Je suis venue plusieurs fois pour des soins et parfois pour couper quelques centimètres. Bref rien à redire jusqu'à mon dernier passage où j'ai payé 200€ pour une prestation coupe (+ soin profond après mes vacances) pour qu'au fil de la semaine je me rende compte que j'ai un côté beaucoup moins dégradé que l'autre mais surtout plus long. Constat d'autant plus marquant après mon shampoing, c'est honteux vu le prix de la coupe.
