DON'T GO THERE! BE CAREFUL! I always had a beautiful experience with Toni and guy then I decided to came to this saloon in bastille and they completely damaged my hair! I asked to the art director for a specific hair cut -(showing him picture as reference and he did the opposite) making me orrible. Then I asked for a darker gloss (my hair were caramel blonde) and they changed with a almost black color. I decided to complain and after a week of call they decided to refund me. (the manager was actually really nice). Then after one month I discovered with my hairdresser Toni and guy in Italy that the gloss they made was permanent and not semi permanent as they said so now I have to color again my hair and wait another month to let them grow. PLEASE DON'T GO TO THAT SALOON!

Such a lovely visit. I was planning to bleach and dye my hair. The grey colour fades so fast so after the suggestion from the colourist and the recceptist offers me dye my hair one week after for free. So I have a great blue colour now.

Les prestations sont parfaites (rendez-vous, accueil et, surtout, service) avec un soin particulier aux toutes vos demandes les plus exigeants. En plus bilingue, pour de vrai. Professionnel mais … ni coincé ni faussement hipster. Que des avantages. After years of other Paris salons, I was relieved and delighted to find this one. As much a bespoke operation as a "Toni and Guy salon", it has the professionalism of the name but offers more. It's warm, highly skilled – and really bilingual which can matter to anglophones or anglophone visitors. (Usually this means one or two employees did a short stint in London. Here it means the staff can really understand what English speakers are asking for.) For years, I was doubtful about ever finding a Paris salon. So I can truly appreciate this one; I leave with an excellent cut that lasts six weeks or more. Nor am I deafened by the music, caught up in salon politics or deluged by a lot of insincere fawning. Chapeau !
