    Andrei is THE BEST! The most talented hair stylist I've ever seen. He gives you a full experience and makes you feel like a real star. He listens and understands very carefully. Very talented, he is very bold and is not afraid of going funky. He has a perfect sense of fashion which he absolutely reflects it in his cuts. I miss him so much since I moved out of Paris. Please go to him if you looking for some funky and top level quality haircut. Lovely chat as well! Thank you!!

    What a very pleasant experience I had here! Everyone is so nice with you and very attentive to your needs. I recommend Coraline with my whole heart. She’s been amazing and very kind, as I do believe all the people working there are. I will definitely come back. Congratulations to this team! I’ve never felt so welcome in a salon like this in Paris before.

    The best Color and cut team! Very professional people, amazing technical skills and above all they are friendly and kind. I had my Color completely spoiled by another salon, Helene was able to fix it and did an amazing balayage ! She is such a pro, you can rely on her 100%.

    I was really dissapointed today, my appointment was changed twice before even making it there by Toni and Guy. I wanted to go lighter as i have done from darker many times in my life, i asked if we could reach as light as possible but all i got was no's smirking at me and then the general manager coming out to give me a further negative all this lasted an hour. I was offered to cut off a piece to leave there, go dark orange in colour or have my hair break. I was also told i have extensively coloured my hair, but i have only been here two years and visited them twice? Once for a root touch up and once for meches, it has a salon gloss over the meches in the last 9 months only. It was really degrading and upsetting to be spoken too so condescendingly with no solution and i left now having to race against time for my event - the manner was horrible I wont be using Toni and Guy again.

    Helene was my senior tech colorist - the color highlights and blending (aka MECHES ET BALAYAGE) is some of the best work I've seen in a long time. She saw my inspiration, made sure we made choices that wouldn't damage my hair, and in the end it looks so natural and effortless. I'm beyond pleased and have gotten so many compliments less than 24hrs after the appt. Helene - is incredibly delightful as a person in general. I couldn't recommend her more and I will be back. MERCI À VOUS!! xx (Note: I leave this review as someone who has spent so many years around luxury hair salons and their owners in both NY and LA. I've left this review intentionally in English for the travelers.)

    I am hesitant to leave a bad review but I am super disappointed with my experience here. I had an appointment for 7pm and was not seen until 7:50. After an hour delay, I received a horrible haircut. The stylist made me feel pressured into cutting off more than I wanted and on top of that the cut is completely uneven, I left the salon hating my hair and feeling really low confidence. I can only hope my hair grows back quickly. Two stars simply because the staff were all really nice.
