    This company is the worst I’ve encountered. I ordered the Kylie wig in 200% density and raw hair. When it arrived, it was nothing like what I ordered. The hair was clearly not raw, as it was dyed black, among other signs. The length was nothing like what I chose. The wig didn’t resemble the picture and didn’t meet my specifications. On top of that, I had to wait over a month to receive it. I emailed them repeatedly and got no response. I decided to contact them via Instagram. Eventually, they responded there and it turned out they hadn’t even sent the wig and didn’t bother to inform me about the situation. I returned the wig, and now it has been more than 14 days, which is how long they say it takes to process a refund. I haven’t received anything yet. I keep asking them on Instagram, and they only tell me they will check if my return has been processed. They continue to respond only when they feel like it and now they don’t even bother to reply. Finally, they tell me they won’t refund my money because the wig is customized and offer me credits on their website to buy another wig. Where do they get the idea that it is customized? I didn’t request anything very specific; I simply chose from the options they provided on their website. I do not recommend buying anything from this company. The customer service is terrible, and once you buy, forget about getting your money back. Also they write positives reviews here for themselves. Not from real clients.

    The service is magnificent. The reception and the explanation of the procedure was perfect, I loved the treatment of the hairdresser Mel really magnificent, I loved the place and the service was efficient, so nothing more to say I recommend it 100% and I am a client more.

    I got two wigs from there, curly hair and a straight black bob cut and they were amazing. The service , the hair quality and the entire process. The prices were very affordable especially for the hair quality that is amazing. Definitely recommend

    Lack of organisation and customer service and I didn’t get what I asked for, I made an appointment and purchased two wigs, when it was time to install they gave me a completely different amount for installation! the female manager that all the stuff where scared of was extremely rude. When she would walk away all the ladies would apologise about her behaviour. Last time I buy anything from this business the treatment is shocking. They also made me sit for over an hour waiting for my knots to be bleached just to receive a wig that had nothing done to it.

    I had the best experience at Velvety hair ! Went to buy a wig and get it customized. It was my first wig ever. The lady was super nice. And helped me throughout the process ! I totally recommend!
