Morgan saved the day fixing a horrendous haircut I got at a different salon two days earlier. She knew exactly what to do and was able to take me for an appointment the next day. I am so grateful! Also to note: the price was just a little more than half of what I paid at the other salon which left me with an uneven helmet cut which I didn’t even ask for. Very good prices here.

Background: I’m 36 and have been coloring my hair in different ways since age 15 - I have thick wavy hair and always have - and have never had a reaction to coloring before this experience. In September, after returning to France with a broken foot, I attended an appointment at 3D haircut for a simple cut and to color my hair 1 shade darker brown. I picked a color from the book and we got started. Staff were very accommodating to my ambulatory needs. After wash, the colorist, I didn’t get her name, but medium build with shoulder length curly brown hair began to apply color- First unusual thing I noticed was that she didn’t use foils, just a brush She then transitioned to applying the goop to my hair with her gloves hands. She then started rubbing it into my scalp like shampoo - As someone who has been using color for 20+ years, even on the box color, it warns vehemently against letting the chemicals touch your scalp. While setting, I noticed my scalp was starting to burn/. There was a bit of a language barrier, but the conversation went something like this: Me: it’s starting to hurt is this okay? Her: does it hurt that bad? Me: well, no but… Her: it’s fine just let me know if it hurts very badly She rinsed the color out later and my hair looked…2 shades lighter meaning she mixed the color incorrectly. Now comes the truly horrible part: Over the following 2 months, each time I would shower or even be in humid spaces (like hot yoga) my scalp would burn, no matter how well I washed my hair the chemicals were in there. Huge clumps of hair like never before would be in the shower each time. It took MONTHS for this to stop happening, and even by the end of the first month, my hair was not the same. This haircut was in September - it’s is now March, and thank god my hair is coming back in short baby hairs. I went to a nearby salon almost 2 months after the 3D experience, and even she regarded how even just styling my hair would make it fall out in clumps. I was so scared I would lose it all, or it would never come back. I cried in her chair watching it fall out. It is horrifying to me that this happened at 3D haircut, a professional salon - I feel like if I wasn’t struggling just to walk around on crutches with a broken foot and to communicate with my then-limited French, I would’ve spoken up more - my hair is still this ugly light brown and I work with rosemary oil and massage to get it to grow back, but it will be a long time until it is the same as it was before I paid €80 for this amateur to completely destroy my long hair. How could someone be doing this professional when even a 15 year old with a box at home can read the directions not to let it touch your scalp, and yet she rubbed it vigorously into my scalp. And I paid the ultimate price for it. Shame.

I went there for a haircut, i don't speak french so i thought it will be difficult, but every stylist there speaks English. I had haircut and hair coloring. The service was really good. They listen to you carefully. And the price is also is really affordable, comparing to another salons. I really love their service, it's really cool and good. Thank you so much guys.

The salon is quite nice and I just wanted a trim. My hair is quite short in a pixie style. It was not done that well and my hair was sticking out in weird directions at the back. Was not so impressed with the cut overall

I showed multiple pictures and my hair cut was nothing like any of them. So yeah im pretty unhappy about my experience. I was really excited when i walked in a everyone looked cool but the hair cut itself is just bad :(
