Very expensive for the service, at least if u take lots of money you have to give the clients a good service. They told me 200€ for hair keratin at the beginning then they did it for 80€ it lasted one day, it means your products doesn’t have quality at all and u toke my money and couldn’t give me what i wanted.simple nails for 40€ is waste of money !!! The quality a big zero and the woman who did my keratin was not agreeable. Thats why you dont have any clients cause everyone comes one time and then they realise your salon is just for wasting money. No business is gonna continue if its for taking people’s money for nothing… i dont recommande it and im very disappointed with this salon ????????????

As I am writing this review, I am crying. This is the most horrifying eyelash extension experience that I have ever had! As you can tell, my lash were covered with glue that hurt my eyes so badly! These hard clusters of glue are not safe for anyone to have them on the eyes for a while. I called the salon to have old eyelash extension removed and a newset done. The lady asked a Vietnamese lady who does not speak either French nor English to do it for me. That was fine because the review for this salon is descent so I thought how bad can it be? So I was lying there for 2 hours for her to do my lashes. The picture shows the result— even the owner admited that she can’t hire anyone with experience so she asked the unexperienced lady to do it for me. Completely wrong way to conduct any business! Should have mentioned before I commit! Should have asked if I will be okay to have someone not experienced to do it for me. This salon is driven completely by money and have zero consideration for their cuatomer. I was so scared when the glue was hurting me. The owner of the business gave me 2 choices “do you want to remove it? or do you want to keep it?” Not the point at all! I wasted 3 hours of my life to be treated badly? She eventually removed these lashes for me with a lot of force so I lost a lot of my natural lashes! I couldn’t be sadder, I was crying as she was removing the lashes cause it hurt so bad. The owner’s mum asked me to leave in French as one of the females family members of the business owner( who is younger and speaks good English) were asking me what happened to me. The family member said “ hey, I am really really sorry” as the owner’s mum was kicking me out. Extremely poor service, horrible attitude, zero morals. Also plus, the business owner told me “ I hate France, I used to live in Canada. France is a bad country.” Please don’t contribute toxicity to the society and blame the society. I have nothing against her and her family. I still wish their business goes well, but I have suffered from this experience so I would like to share what happened in the most honest manner. The owener said sorry many times, but how I wish I never need to experience this in the first place.

The service here was great, we went and made an appointment in person for quinceañera hair and makeup and on the day of the appointment the hair turned out amazing and just how I wanted along with the makeup it looked great. They also offered to polish my nails for free as a birthday gift. Surprisingly the total wasn’t expensive for the work that got done and it was much lower than my dad and I had anticipated. We expected the total to be around 300 to 400 euros but it was only in the 100 euro range considering the fact that they don’t do quinceañera hair and the makeup turned out amazing as well. Customer service was great and if you speak English don’t worry, the owner and her daughter both speak English and were very kind. A very good choice to get your hair and makeup done for quinceañera. ????????????

TERRIBLE I had an appointment but AFTER 30 minutes them told me thy did not hace thé material to do them. It was a time and money waste… To aswer back I reserved the day before you had enough time to check your appointments or even when I arrived but no I has to be there waiting for your team to dance before checking the availability. And I lost money cuz I payed for transport and that was not cheap

The technician was rushed during the service, they didn’t ask what nail shape I wanted , they just assumed and went on with cutting my nails. The manicure is an absolute mess. Totally not worth the time or money .
