Sharing on behalf of my wife: Truly terrible. The lady that did my highlights has zero experience and I ended up with 3 different colors and horrible highlights. I booked an appointment to do 4 things and she only did 1 because as she said "there is no time". I was charged 42 euros for a brushing that was never done as "there was no time" (thankfully I asked for a detailed receipt).

I have been coming to this salon since it opened. I love the stylish interior, high quality products and great customer service. My preferred stylist is Melissa and she is brilliant at blowdrys. You can show her a photo and she can copy the look you want no problem! The manicurist is also great and they manage to do it at the same time as the hair so you don't lose time. Melissa is always on time and I have never had to wait. She manages a cut, color and blow dry under 2 hours! I Love this salon and I highly recommend it!

I went in for the simplest of haircuts. I just wanted two inches cut off my shoulder length hair. I left with the worst haircut of my life- more than 3 times shorter- suddenly sporting a bob barely covering my ears. The lady cutting my hair was clearly embarrassed but didn’t apologize, simply saying she misunderstood. I had said very clearly i wanted to still be able to wear a ponytail- how can that be misunderstood? And to add insult to injury, i still was charged full price, even when she acknowledged having cut way more than what we had agreed. She simply lacked experience and any notion of customer service. So if you’re a first time client in this place- go at your own peril. I know i won’t be making this mistake twice.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience here. During the lockdowns I started doing my own hair. It started innocently enough, with a trim of the bangs. It progressed to cutting my own hair, then dyeing my own hair, then cutting it again, then dying it again. At first it was fun. And then, once I got vaccinated, I realized that one day in the not too distant future I would have to actually go to a professional meeting in person again. So I booked myself here, just because they are the closest to me. They spent hours and hours on me today, lifting the horrendous dye. I was prepared to only finish the job half way, but I left with the best hair I have ever had in my life. They really worked hard to understand what I wanted and explain the pros and cons of different options. I think at least four or five members of the team consulted on my process. Honestly, it was pretty astounding. And all this for the price of a normal maintenance visit at my old high end Geneva salon! Highly recommended.

Absolutely fantastic haircut! The salon and hairdressers were super accommodating about the fact I can't speak French, using Google Translate if they were unsure about the English. Will definitely go again!
