Worst color ever! At first, the hairdresser was sweet and welcoming. After 10 minutes of conversation to diagnose my hair and decide what could be done or not. And her assuring me my hair could be colored to a light brown without turning orange, even if my hair was mostly white in the front. After the first treatment, the front part of my hair was bright orange. I expressed my concerns, the hairdresser said to not worry at all, the second treatment would get rid of the orange completely. I had my doubts, but I trusted her. After almost an hour with the color on, and under the heater -with the color leaking down my neck- the front of my hair was still bright orange. I said I was scared. She answered the color would keep evolving in the next 48 hours. She blow dried my hair -burning my scalp in doing so, but I kept it for myself- After the blow dry, I went to use the ladies room. In the mirror, I could see the bright orange in the front. I got back upstairs, and tried to show her again. She answered the color had already evolved with just the heat of the drier... I proceeded to pay. She explained I should buy an indigo rinse in a store and apply it after 48 hours. I have her a tip and left. Half way to the parking lot, I saw myself in a boutique window and realized my hair didn't just have orange highlights, but was bright carrot orange. I ran back to the salon before they closed. They refused to fix it. One of them, she seemed tonne the supervisor, threatened me to call the police if I weren't leaving. I refused to leave, she called the owner. Who refused to either fix my hair or reimburse me. After a long back and forth, with me reminding them the law. The owner finally decided to reimburse me only the color, which is half of what I paid... the young hairdresser who took care of me didn't even apologize for her mistake... I do not recommend this salon!

Terrible service, and terrible colour and highlights! She did the exact opposite of what we discussed. I should have cancelled when they were rude on the phone, as the ladies were not very nice and much more interested in gossiping with each other and ignoring the client. One employee sat there socialising with another, talking about cancelled clients, then they had the nerve to tell me they "didnt have time to do my cut because was 15 minutes late" even though I called them (They had also threatened to refuse me entirely on the phone, even though I was polite an apologetic about confusing the times). They apparently dont care for your business, so don't give it to them!

Enfin un salon qui s'est refait une beauté ! ???? Tellement appréciable ! Le choix des matériaux et des couleurs est très réussi : bravo ! L'accueil ne change pas : Sylvia et Bruna sont toujours aussi agréables et de bon conseil ????

Les conditions matérielles d'accueil sont déplorables : chauffage inopérant donc ambiance glaciale que les aimables salariées tentent de compenser en laissant les casques allumés et sièges très inconfortables pour la durée des soins pratiqués. Le confort des clients a complètement était omis alors que ce moment devrait être un temps de relaxation. Heureusement que les salariées sont bienveillantes, compétentes et accueillantes malgré ces conditions de travail qui ne sont pas correctes non plus à leur égard. Cliente depuis de nombreuses années j'hésite toujours à m'y rendre en hiver tant il y fait froid!
