My birthday and I decided to go to have my hair done. Waited for 40 minutes before my service even if taken appointment for coulor and cut. At the end I had just opted for coulor because the time. I am glad for that reading now the other reviews about haircut as they wanted me to have also scaled haircut. A very poor service, very unkind and unprofessional, very high price (color and brushing 120 Euros for the kind of service received) by copper color required now I have dark brown hair. After my complains with a guy that was very bored and annoyed to work kept on puffing in fact (he told me was there since three weeks) the manager in charge just told me that the things are the ways they are in a very unpolite way because it was Saturday. I was really surprise and then she dried my hair. I felt very uncomfortable because she was at this point kept pulling my hair (then I realized that I had lost an earring) I felt very uncomfortable and I ask to speak with the owner. They told me that was not there. I did not receive an apology, nothing. I had to pay full stop even if I was told that I could have 20% off for my birthday. They just told me to not come back if I felt this way. Terrible experience, I think the worst one regarding hairdresser. Very surprised about the positive reviews. Just one point for the girl/assistance the new one with black hair that was very polite and kind.

20/20!! Antoine was perfect ! He understood what I wanted (even better than me) cut accordingly and gave me very clear advices on how to style my hair and which creams to use. Thanks again ! Finally found my hair stylist in Paris ! :)

I was proposed 237€ for a short straight cut (my hair being medium with highlights) and coloring with olaplex. after declining and wanting to leave the hairdresser and manager started bargaining with me over the price and offered bleaching without olaplex for 200€ even if they saw that my hair is too fine and sensitive - and can be damaged. only for the money? or because I'm a foreigner? dissapointed. booked an appointment for 134€ at another high rated salon nearby for the same procedure and quality.

I love going there when I'm in Paris. Nothing beats the French hairstylists. The head massage you get while getting a shampoo is great, and the chair is also a massage chair!
