My daughter and I both got our hair cut at this salon which was convenient to our apartment. Anne did a lovely job with my daughter’ long red hair giving her a “wolf cut” and a color pigment rinse that was beautiful! I had a very short cut by Alec. He did a fabulous job and we were both very happy with our experience!

First time at this hairdresser and I am so glad I found this salon! Anne-Laure was absolutely great, really making an effort to speak English, she sat down with me and really took time to discuss what it is that I wanted to have done. She put lots of effort in the styling after doing a great cut. Couldn’t recommend more!

Came with an "unconventional" request with anxiety. Had a massage to be cool, learned to take care of my hair, learned how to make a brushing. Had a fantastic style at the end. Best experience in my life. 6/5, will come again.

After searching the internet I stumbled upon this hair salon. I have never gotten my hair cut in Paris in my 5 years living here. I’ve been way too scared after hearing horror stories and my friends having bad experiences… however, I hit the lottery coming to this hair salon!!!! I had Anne-Laure, great and super friendly, made me feel “at home” and comfortable. I told her this was my first time getting my haircut in Paris plus color, that I was super skeptical and nervous to get it done, but she was just amazing. I told her about my wishes and expectations and she understood the assignment. The price I paid was a little much more than I expected, but it was 100% worth it because look at those before and after pictures I’ve attached in my review! I feel so pretty with my new hair style. No, I’m really happy, she did an excellent job. And I can honestly say that Anne-Laure will now be the only person to touch my hair from now on. Also I wanted to add that the communication at this hair salon was also exceptional, because they speak English here, which was much appreciated :) Good job girl!

Unfortunately, after coming back here and seeing a new stylist, Ludmilla, I had a bad experience. I'd first contacted the salon to explain that I wanted a few highlights and some roots done (a 2 cm bleach part at the front). They said I should book in for Balayage at 230Euros. Which I thought was a little high, but I wanted a professional job, and with a stylist who could speak english, I went with it. When I arrived I explained what I wanted again, and that in the autumn I was planning to go back to my natural colour. Ludmilla suggested that she thought it was better to try something else, a different colour, not bleach my roots and to cut my hair. As she was the expert I went with it. To cut a long story short, I left the salon with an abundance of beige balayage (completely undoing the 2 years I'd spent growing out the previous blonde), still white blonde ends, and a pink strip at the front over my previous white band. It looked awful, which I told her. She said to contact her and she would sort it that week, so I paid the now 260Euro bill. I contacted her as requested but she then accused me of not knowing what I wanted. This was absolutely not the case, rather I had taken her advice over what I had requested. It seemed that now I had paod, she wasn't bothered about my experience, and said if I wanted it changed I would need to pay more. I contacted the salon who said that Ludmilla told them that she did what I wanted (!). They refused to fix the hair properly, and offered only a toner. After 2 weeks I managed to get an appointment. This time I had Sarah as a stylist. After I explained they said I could tone in more natural in the autumn and would have to just keep dying it until it grows out. For the interim summer period, we agreed on all over pink. I said I preferred baby/dusty pink, showed the colour etc, and we agreed, unfortunately it turned out a bright hot pink, what I can only describe as 'Kelly Osborne, early 2000's emo rock hair pink', while the front bleached part near the roots where not pink at all and still blonde, which wasn't the pink we had discussed. She suggesting while I was still in the salon that I could wash it out to a lighter pink, which I have done, but yet again, when you pay such a high price, you expect to leave the salon happy and with the colour which was discussed and even shown. At this point, in order not have yet another bad vibe, I didn't complain, and went home to wash it several times. I can say that Sarah did try! and at least tried to offer some better customer service, she seemed to be a good stylist, but unfortunately I didn't leave with the colour we had agreed. I can definitely say that the stylist Ludmilla is extremely rude, and it doesn't seem to be this salon's policy to rectify mistakes so be aware!

This was my first haircut in Paris so I was not sure of my choice. Anne-Laure is amazing, speaks fluent ENGLISH and is very friendly. She very well understood what I wanted, took care of my needs and gave me the best haircut. I strongly recommend this salon for it's amazing services. Thank you❤

Awesome experience. Highly recommend Ludmila but i'd feel comfortable to be taken care by anyone here. They are all very qualified and professional with a fair price. Spoiler alert: there's a massage chair and the top professional products to complete the experience.

Not sure if the hair dressers have changed looking at other raving reviews. I'm very loyal to my own hair dresser and decided to make the change when my own wasnt available and since Cute has a the sticker on their window for an award an colouring (always a good sign!). I very very much wish I hadn't... I came in for a balayage. The result is nothing remotely to any balayage I've had over the last three year. It looks more like normal high lights that have been put in for 20 minutes or so and are washed out too early. It is streaks of blond, the colour does not blend in nicely and since only in for 20 minutes is yellow (I'm a brunette). I know a balayage is not the easiest in colouring. I wish they had told me if they weren't comfortable doing it. I paid 140 euro's for a cut and a couple of blond streaks. Will not recommend for colouring at all, but perhaps the cuts are good.
