I was disappointed with my cut today. I showed the stylist a picture because I think that’s the easiest reference. I had long curly hair so she told me it would be short. The look I wanted is a lot shorter than what I had so I agreed and she started. Right away I was a little taken aback by the fact that she was only using a razor to cut my hair. Then I noticed her squaring up the back when the reference is more or less a mullet. Now given that my hair curls I assumed she was leaving a little more length to account for that but she missed the mark on that too. By the end the haircut was not like the picture and way too short to fix. The haircut itself is not bad honestly for what it is but it’s clear it’s just a generic men’s cut as opposed to what I actually wanted. I really like the curls in my hair so I thought this reference was a great middle ground between long and short so I’m pretty disappointed I have to wait for it them to grow back. I’m leaving 2 stars because she was honestly very friendly and polite but just did not expect to pay 34€ for something I didn’t want. I hesitated for a while before picking a salon but I thought I try this one because of all the good reviews so just wanted to share my experience.

It was the worst experience, the lady left a lot of brushes in my hair and when she toke it off it was very painfull and wroned my hair and the result was disappointing

The worst ever experience. I walked in ask for a haircut, The girls are rude, cold, impolite. The skills are no good, or maybe they knew I m tourist, so they did a quick and dirty job! For 55 euro, it’s not expensive composting to other Paris haircut, but totally not worth the price! Just do not go! Reply to the director who replied below: of course I came visited your salon last week! Your reply seems just try to deny my comments as I have given low satisfaction. Now your reply even approved it, you denied a client who visited your salons even before making sure or checking with me. The attitude of your salon, and direction is really poorly. Again, I would say, the salon ppl ( a young lady with dark hair and a slightly senior with curly hair) are very cold! And un friendly! I confirm!

This is a wonderful coiffeur. ✔️First of all, it is in the perfect location, on a nice street. Interior architecture is beautiful, solid design, full of light and clean. ????????♀️????????♂️Stuff are very friendly and professional. ????Product quality is diverse and high. ????????????They have special and well structured catalogue to help you to choose hair style and color also stuff is guiding you perfectly. ????Their service is nice, they have a good selection of coffee and tea. Also some good magazines to keep you busy:) ????????♀️They have massage chair to help you relax... Only improvement point is time forecasting. Today they told me to finish everything in maximum 2 hours... but it took more than 3 hours and I needed to leave with wet hair without styling in the winter time ❄️ ???? Stuff apologized for this genuinely and did not ask price for the thing they did not do... I totally trust in their good intention, however this causes a trouble for me. I may return again, but would love to give this contructive feedback... Anyway, I have a broken hearth but you deserve 5 stars to be fair⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

They over fried my hair by leaving the bleach super long causing my hair to break out! The color turns out nice but over fried my hair and DID NOT tell me and CHURGE me even after breaking my hair! I LOST my long hair which ive been trying to grow for a year now. Despite the language barrier, they absolutely DID NOT tell me about my hair break! Absolutely disappointed and MAD because they acted like nothing happened.
