    I’ve gone here four times and had two bad experiences, the last and most recent one is the last time. I came with a full head of hair which took six months to grow (good for winter cold) and instead of going to a barber who deals with fades and crew cuts I decided it may be better to have a “trim” from someone who deals more often with long to mid length hair. I spoke clearly and directly to the coiffeur who understood (seemingly so) in English (at the moment I only speak English) that I wanted to keep it long and just wanted a trim- a trim only. The coiffeur repeated my request and all was understood I thought. He then asked about the sides of my hair and I said he could use a clipper at the largest setting to “blend” or “fade” if he needed - AROUND THE EARS and my neck line. This dude took the clippers at mid setting and went from my side burns to the highest point on the side of my head without being the top. What I mean is he shaved all my sides and all the back all the way up to the top! I immediately had a crew cut! This means he had to chop everything off the top to match the extreme length difference. I walked in with natural mid length hair as a 40+ yr old man and walked out with something you give a 20yr old soccer player (stereotypically speaking). No respect to the shape of my head or how my hair grows and so I have an awful “spike” like effect everywhere. I was and still am so confused. I’ll need to wait about two months to manage something more natural and luckily I can wear a hat. No shape, no fade, no flow, no technique. Damn.

    0 star! My wife said she'll never go there again!They told her only 1 guest before her, then she wait for more than 1 hour, and after that they just left her with wet hair for 20 mins, but hair cut just for 20mins like nothing, paid more than 50 euros. "good deal"!!!????????
