    I have seen the shop while walking around. They accept clients without appointment. And the cost ıf a hair cut is very reasonable. A young lady cut my hair but begore she wanted to be sure what exactly I wanted. And she reconfirmed three times while cutting. At the beginning I did not think it was good enıugh. But after slleping over it looks really good. They also offered coffee to this tired tourist. Very much appreciated..

    Even though I speak very little French and the staff speak limited English (they’re much better than I am), my experience at Salon Franck Provost was excellent as we all did our best to communicate with one another. The stylist, Murielle, understood exactly what I wanted and the blowout she gave me was beautiful! I enjoyed a very relaxing scalp massage during my shampoo courtesy of Riwal, who also helped me out with an online reservation mixup. I’ll be back the next time I’m in Paris!

    I had a great experience going to this hair salon. The staff was very friendly and they recommended me treatments based on my preferences and hair type. I received highlights, toning, a cut and a blow dry and I am very satisfied with the result. Will be visiting this hair salon again in the future.

    Wrong prices are listed online, brushing is listed as 31 euros after being done i had to pay 63 euros with reasoning i had a regular conditioner which was never mentioned not to be included in the washing and because i have longer hair which was never mentioned not to be double the price. When mentioning this while paying i got a very unfriendly response. Very disappointed and dissatisfied! Never coming back!

    Great welcoming! We were late but Muriel did her best to create time for us, by shortening her lunch break. Great hairstyle, very competent. Highly recommend.

    So lucky to have come past this salon! Firstly they were very accommodating to make appointments at last minute for me. Xavier is a magician with hair! My hair was unruly and dry from travelling and I have come out with a fresh,hydrated head of hair and a beautiful blow-dry! Will visit again. Merci beaucoup.

    Total scam. One price written on catalog and charge another price. I wanted to do roots and some highlights in the front where my hair is short. Charging for long hair?? 30 euro for shampoo?? I said I shampoo myself they said no it’s mandatory
