worst haircut of my life. When they washed my hair they didn't bother to use conditioner so when they started to brush my hair I almost screamed since my hair was tangled and unbrushable. From begining till end it took 3 min to cut and blow dry. She literally took scissors and cut in straight line. 35 euro for 5 min work with hair wash. Photo is right after i arrived home from salon. ????

Unfortunately I received the worst haircut of my life and I am still suffering from it almost 3 months later even after my home hair stylist tried to fix the uneven and choppy cut. Perhaps I was given an inexperienced member of the team that does not usually cut hair.

Because of Covid, my wedding was postponed indefinitely by the "mairie" - on June 17, they called us and let us know we could be married on the 22nd. 5 days to prepare. I called Biguine and they magically had an appointment on the day of - It was a very big demand for a very short period of time, and Biguine rose to the challenge. I came into the salon with a vague idea of what I wanted my wedding hair to be, and not having time for an "official try" I really didn’t know what to expect. I sat down and my hairstylist came to me and talked through every detail of possible hairstyles. She took time to show me the front, back, and side profile of everything she could do to find what would photograph best for my face. She worked with my hair like I imagine a sculpture does with his clay before he begins to carve. She treated my hair like a work of art. My hair doesn’t hold a curl, so she took time to make sure they stayed instead of letting them droop like other hair stylists I’ve been to. While my curls were drying, my makeup artist took over and efficiently made over my face so that I had enough makeup to look good in pictures without inundating my pores with goop. She made sure my eyebrows were not unruly and gave me a natural but elegant appearance. After the makeup, my hairstylist went back to work, placing each individual curl into a messy chignon. While my hair is thin, I have a lot of it, and she worked with it with such care that the result was a masterpiece. I can’t thank you enough for taking the time and care to make my hair beautiful, for paying so much attention to detail, and even for taking the pictures of the progress so that I could send them to my mother and sister who couldn’t fly in from the US due to the health crisis. It made them feel like they were there with us, on their sister/daughter’s big day. For an expat, that means a lot. I strongly recommend Zara to anyone thinking of an updo for their big day. She was friendly, fun, and talented, and I am very glad for my good luck in finding her so last minute.

The stuff is nice. But it's poorly organized. Don't go for massage in the weekend. It's a madhouse. I reserved an hour massage and an hour facial. I was out of the cabin after 1,5 hours and they charged me the full price. Won't ever go back.

The color by Severine and blowout by Caroline were FANTASTIC. I had just landed in Paris with a head full of roots. I walked in, taking a leap of faith, and not speaking any French. They could not have been more patient and wonderful. And the head massage- magic!

You have to come and ask for Assia and Mike. Assia fixed my hair color so well and made it natural yet gorgeous. Mike gave me my first haircut in Paris and it’s so chic!
