    François color & cut my hair. I even got a loyalty card, I got compliments for my new look, will definitely come back next time I'm in Paris. I recommend you to book online because I see people try to walk in for haircut, only disappointed and turn away. It's a busy unisex hair salon.

    Visiting from the United States and I found this cute shop while browsing the area. I walked in and made an appointment with the friendly staff for the following day. I wanted my hair shampooed and blow dried straight. I had stylist Natalie and she did a PERFECT job! The entire staff so nice and helpful...and understanding because I only know a litte French. Such a wonderful spot! It was busy but appointments were running on time. Highly recommend! See you next visit!

    I have done my haircuts here for 7 years, but today they make my hair dream come true. The keratin straightening combined with a well performed hair cut resulted on a beautiful bob cut. I am supper happy with the result. Thanks Lucie and Francois

    Highly recommend! I had Lucie and would be happy to have her cut + style my hair again. She was extremely thorough when cutting my hair and spent a lot of time making sure it was perfect. She was also lovely, but everyone at the salon seemed quite friendly. We spoke in French, but if you need someone who speaks English I believe there is someone on staff who can accommodate you. One last thing, I got the conditioning treatment they suggested and thought it was worth the extra 10 euros (?) as I noticed my dried out hair was softer and shinier after.

    DO NOT GO HERE. I went to get highlights for my roots, a super simple request, and rather than giving me just a few highlights, the hairdresser completely bleached my entire hair from root to end. The result was hideous, unspeakably bad... It looked like I had lost my hair it was so bleach white. Why he would do this without double checking with me is beyond me. Why he would do this any anyone's hair no matter what they requested is similarly perplexing. These people HAVE NO IDEA what they are doing, none whatsoever. AVOID THIS PLACE. DO NOT GO IF YOU LIKE YOUR HAIR OR CARE ABOUT YOUR APPEARANCE.

    I was terribly over charged. My 9 year old daughter received shampooing and a haircut. The entire process took less than 20 minutes. I was asked to pay 47 Euros which is their stated price for very long hair with cut and style though my daughter had shoulder length hair. I believe I was being taken advantage of as I am not a French speaker. I was asked if I wanted special conditioner but the man working the desk told the hairdresser no and just use a brush for some tangles. They claimed I was charged extra for conditioning that didn’t happen and a blow out but we left with partially wet curly hair.

    Horrible experience! I went to have my roots done. They convinced me to do a balayage at the back (conveniently adding 50€ to the bill but fine). I came out of there looking like my roots hadnt been touched! I was shocked. I let a few days pass to see if it gets better but I am shocked as I see my root just as dark as before after paying 150€. I called them and they ask me to come again. I went again, they can see there has been a mistake and add a few more highlights. I politely ask at the end how much I need to pay and the guy charged me 40€ (looking like he is doing me a favour)!!! I have never seen this in my life ! Poor hairdresser manner and service. Btw the results is still BAD! Go anywhere else but here.

    I was a walk-in on a Saturday morning and François instantly helped me, gave me a great haircut and sent me on my way. Everyone in the salon was polite, pleasant and talented from the other cuts I saw being done while I was there. Thanks!
