Loved the experience! As an American visiting Paris, I found the salon on Google and it was ????% worth the trip. Enjoyed the vibe of the salon and the people who work there. Fantastic color, cut and style. I’ve received so many compliments on my hair from strangers. ❤️ Highly recommend!

My most frustrating and misleading experience at hairdresser to date! i booked my appointment after checking their website where they have a menu with prices.I went there to color my roots because I had some white hair that I wanted to cover up plus blow dry. The man says I can give you a package for 150 euros. I was confused and told him again that i wanted a simple root coloring and blow dry and on their website a blow dry with shampoo is 35 euros for long hair (my hair is mid length) and 44 for the color, total: 79 euro. I ask the man to review his pricing and tell him I don’t want a hair mask and those are your prices on the website. He replies here we proceed by package. After asking repeatedly for a clear explanation of what that means. He replies the website is à la carte. It’s just there to give you an idea. we don’t do à la carte. (an idea that cost me 71 euros extra) And with or without the hair mask it’s the same price. With or without the blow dry same price! How is that even possible. This still makes no sense to me! He said I didn’t have to do it if I didn’t want to but that was the best he could do. Unfortunately, I had no choice since I had a plane to catch and no time to go somewhere else, he wouldn’t budge. I arrived 20 min late he kept repeating, when I told him I was in a hurry. the whole process took 2 hours from when we started. Usually it’s 45 min to 1h maximum. I said let’s remove the blow dry so I can leave. He said it would still be the same price. I don’t know what kind of scheme they are running but I’m pretty sure this is ILLEGAL! When I asked them if it was possible to have someone else help with the blow dry since the man was so slow( two employees where just watching us) they laughed. The blow dry took 40 minutes and was mediocre (it usually takes 15) Every single thing I asked from them was a no. They are the least accommodating people I have ever encountered. I usually go to a place where I pay 60 euros for the exact same thing with better results. (Not available) To conclude, I still have white hair right in front, which is the reason why I went to the hairdresser in the first place.I asked for no orange tone I have orange tone. I had to redo my blow dry at home. At this price it is disgraceful and will have to touch up the whites again. This place is a BIG RIP OFF I ended up paying almost double the stated price!
