My rating of 3 out of 5 is based on the fact that I have no complaints about my haircut and the workers are very polite and welcoming, but today I spent about five hours in the salon and my coloring is frustrating. I would not recommend staining hair in this salon. When the hairdresser finished, I realized that the result was not like what I showed as an example (on example there is clearly structured strands of different shades), we discussed in detail how everything should look and I was sure that the hairdresser understood me. However, I did not see in my hair the desired strands and gray hair in the strands near my face are remained visible, although I asked her to camouflage. It should be noted that the employees of the salon, seeing that I was upset, offered to fix it right away. So they began to coloring me again. As a result of the second staining, the color and texture became acceptable, but when I came home and examined myself in detail in the mirror, I noticed that now my strands have a bright spot in the most visible place near my face, this is clearly a consequence of the fact that the second layer of paint did not lie evenly. I look like a leopard. Even my husband noticed this, although I did not tell him about this defect.

This is my first time to try French hair salon and I was always suspicious to try one as I was not sure how experienced are the stylists here. Luckily I had a very satisfying haircut with Aulivier (Olivier). He was very patient to understand my needs and did the hair cut very carefully.

I arrived in France with totally dry and damaged hair due to a straightening procedure gone wrong in India. Martina gave me so many tips on how to make my hair look good again. I have been following her advice for almost two weeks now and I see the result. She gave me a haircut which makes me look prettier than before. She is very professional and friendly.

I love trying the hair salons in France. They do an amazing job. While in Lille I decided to do a few highlights. This was the first time I had highlights done in France. The technique they use is much faster and no sitting for hours. I was done my highlights, hair toned, washed and blown out in an hour. In between my colour my mom decided to have her hair cut. Nina did an amazing job. My mom loves her new haircut. The other gentleman working there ( didn’t get his name) also did a great job blow drying and styling my hair. It was fast but my hair looks fantastic. I wish getting hair done was this fast and good in Canada. Total cost for my hair was €97 again wouldn’t happen at home. ps. They didn’t speak English at all so it was all done with pictures :)

Un salon chaleureux avec un personnel bienveillant et à l’écoute, c’est Nina qui s’est occupée de moi pour la première fois et depuis je retourne la voir à chaque fois ! Toute ma famille va désormais dans ce salon pour leur professionnalisme et leur coup de ciseaux :) Eric et Enric sont également très talentueux ! Foncez les yeux fermés Merci pour ces moments de détente et de rire PS : gros point positif en plus pour les fauteuils massants au shampooing haha

Bonjour, j’ai répondu à votre enquête de satisfaction mais n’ayant aucun retour de votre part j’espère en avoir une ici. J'étais au premier abord satisfaite dans votre salon du résultat... jusqu’à ce que je rentre chez moi et que je vois le résultat sans boucles et sous une lumière blanche ! Autant j'étais très contente de ma couleur et coupe en mai dernier, autant j'ai été très déçue par la prestation faite samedi. Le balayage a été complètement raté (tâches à de multiples endroits, énormes mèches décolorés très étranges) et en ce qui concerne la coupe, je me suis retrouvée avec une mèche sur le devant très étonnante... Impossible à coiffer, une fausse frange rideau droite ! Je pense qu'il y a eu un énorme souci de compréhension entre nous. Pourtant j'ai bien précisé ce que je voulais et on semblait s'être comprise. Bref, j'ai du payer un autre coiffeur mardi dans un autre salon pour tenter de rattraper cette coiffure ratée. J'avoue être très mécontente du résultat, surtout pour ce prix! La professionnelle qui a rattrapé les dégâts suite à ma visite chez vous a été elle également très surprise de ce qui a été fait chez vous, loin d'être un résultat professionnel. Je vous joint ci-dessous une photo prise dans cet autre salon avant correction... Par ailleurs mon compagnon qui est client de votre salon depuis 5 ans a été très choqué de ce résultat. Nous ne comprenons pas ce qu'il s'est passé ce samedi. En espérant une réponse de votre part. Bien Cordialement.
