Since I can’t respond to your comments, I had to write this because your feedback is the saddest state of affairs I’ve ever come across from a business stand point - I find it very telling that as a business owner, you made the conscious choice of being disingenuous and using pettiness as part of your response to detailed feedback, that actually described how satisfied I was at the beginning and happy to have found you, until my latest experience. I didn’t ask to have a bad experience : you both created it. Instead of addressing the points, you chose to not only deflect, but to insult a customer you were happy to take €808 from, in the 5 times I visited your place. If only all “poisonous customers” paid that much in so little time! What I find sadder is that you know v well I would have kept coming was it not for the fact that I was being spoken to in such a rude manner, and had you provided the service in full : I paid for a full cut, and I didn’t get it, and when asked to come back to get what I paid for, it was refused to me. And now it’s seen as a “whim”. The part you seem to be missing is where customers pay money, to get a service. Instead, you made the choice to decline fixing things AND be rude about it. I won’t have the audacity to teach a very experience stylist like you his job, but you know well that in general styling at the salon, is v different than the everyday one at home (I’m sure you’ll remember I asked to bring my own hairdryer after my 2nd or 3rd appt). The two times I called were because when I styled it home, with my own hairdryer and routine, the result was different. How do you explain that I didn’t call the other times? I must have had a satisfactory outcome I guess! The picture I attach here is proof of it. It was taken less than an hour after I called on July 20th when I was told to bugger off and come back in 4 weeks for a free haircut, that I already paid for. I’m no expert but having one side of my hair not match the other isn’t a great result, is it? Especially after paying €212. I’ve been using Aveda colors for 19 years, and have been a loyal/repeat customer of the Aveda flagship in London, and the one in Dubai for a combined 16 years. I’ve only had my hair short since I arrived in Paris 3 yrs ago, and you’re the 3rd stylist within that time. Not sure where you got the idea I had difficulties finding a hairdresser? Maybe you invented it, or perhaps it just reflects how difficult it is to find a good hairdresser that has good business practice? I begged you to help me - I didn’t demand : please learn the difference. As for hanging-up the phone on your boyfriend’s face? It’s called running out of battery, so, the phone cuts off when that happens. I didn’t see the need to call back after being treated like s***. I have to say, I’m actually stunned, first by your attitude, and now by the extremely disingenuous response you chose to provide. I’ve NEVER been treated like this in any Aveda salons I’ve been to in 19 years. Just wow. This is definitely NOT how Aveda makes business. Most businesses who want to get repeat customers would have offered to fix the issue. And the “what am I supposed to do for 4 weeks?” was a rhetorical question : I certainly don’t need any advice from such bad business practices. There are a slew of great stylists in Paris who understand what it means to keep customers coming. What you don’t even understand, nor care about evidently, is that I will need to pay more money, despite paying €212 two weeks ago, to get the cut you didn’t give me in the first place.

Azzadine is a highly skilled hair care professional with a beautiful soul, who understands that true beauty comes from the peace and well-beingof his clients. He highlights natural beauty rather than imposing something inauthentic and uses only very high quality products. It's always such a pleasure to visit this salon.

Perfect. Could not have asked for a better experience. After a "lost in translation" missed appointment (entirely my fault), Azzedine was nothing but kind and courteous and able to fit me in. The salon itself is small, elegant, and smells like the Aveda I know and love from home. It feels like a "hidden gem" in Paris. My cut was chic and done skillfully. I was not able to convey my gratitude due to my basic French, so I will do it here! Many compliments. Will definitely be back my next time in Paris. x

Went to this salon a few times when in paris and I cannot recommend them enough. They are by far the best Aveda salon in Paris. The two hairdresser are very professional and extremely talented. Both cut and colour was exceptional quality. The cost is not really expensive about same as other salons but you get what you pay for and you cannot put a price on perfection. I no longer go to them as I have put in hair extensions and this salon do not colour when customer has extensions, which I respect them for. 5 stars is not enough for this salon, if a could I would give a lot more.

It was my first visit to this salon for a haircut a couple of months back and I liked the experience very much. The environment inside the salon was very calm and classy. They asked if I wanted Tea or Coffee . I adored the cup and tray in which the coffee and biscuit was served to me! For the haircut , they really paid attention to what I was saying and the final hair was cut was exactly as we had discussed . I was truly happy with the result! For a person who passionately seeks beauty and elegance in mundane chores of life , I am delighted that I found this salon . I will go there again and again. The salon is located in a quaint corner in the 4th - another big plus point for me . Thank you Laurent and Azzedine !
