    I went to get a full color and cut two days ago. I told the stylist I have a sensitive scalp but have been doing a full bleach and tone for 10 years. I have never felt so much pain in all of this time. I left with burns covering the crown of my scalp which have been oozing ever since. She had to stop the process and re-apply the bleach, which took a significant amount of time. The second stylist was clearly rushing and my haircut is not at all what I asked for (with photos) I am left extremely disappointed. The color is very nice, although at the expense of pain and burns on my scalp. The cut…it’s just not what I wanted and i paid full price. I am sorry to leave this review but I am very disappointed

    Completely take advantage of tourists and the language barrier! Please do yourself a favor and find a fair salon. I went to the salon to make my hair appointment and I was told it would cost €35 for a wash/dry- when I finished and went to pay they charged me €69! That is double the price. I was shocked and asked for them to explain this ridiculous new price. I was told it was because they used conditioner and that is NOT included in wash. I was never once told that conditioner would be extra, let alone cost this much. Worse part is the blow out didn’t even last more than a couple hours!!! Awful!

    Best place to get a haircut while in Paris! The staff can speak English, which is critical for those who don't speak French. They serve complementary coffee/tea. It's a wonderful experience, defiantly will stop by when in Paris.

    Terrible. Je ne recommande pas. They did a horrible job on my color and charged me double, pretending not to understand English when I asked them why. Stay away. Avoid this salon at all cost! I see another review from someone who had a similar experience.

    Ca fait plusieurs fois que je suis coiffée par Yan (shampoing, coupe et coiffage), il est extrêmement à l'écoute, de très bon conseils et fait exactement ce qui est demandé et en fonction de la nature de cheveux et de la forme du visage. La coupe est toujours impeccable, le coiffage parfait et il est adorable. Je ne confierai mes cheveux à personne d'autre!
