I can't make a reservation because the webpage asks me to create an account with mobile phone number by choosing dialling code from quite a short list, where there is no dialling code of my country. It also does not allow me to create an account via e-mail.

I went there to have a root colouring because it was close by... It was a terrible experience from the beginning to the end. First the girl who was not the owner by the way, was not sure about my hair colour (it's chestnut &chocolate colour!) Luckily I had my colour tube with me because when I booked my appointment they seemed a bit amateur to me. So she coloured my roots but didn't go over it the second time which you must to have a good result. It is a well known fact and all colouring technicals know that. So that meant the colouring wouldn't be too permanent. Than she couldn't dry my hair. She was holding a hair dryer which was the half size of the one at home. And didn't know which product to use to calm the hair. I got out before cursing. I paid 90 euros on top. In short, if you're blond, short and straight haired you won't have a problem. But if you're brunette and curly haired that's not a place to go. While I was there I saw how they cut the hair... I was lucky that I was not there for a cut. I will just continue to go to my one other which is a bit far and always crowded but at least they know how to colour and dry.

J'ai été pour la première fois dans ce salon aujourd'hui pour faire des meches . Un super moment ! Je suis très très satisfaite du résultat, l'équipe est souriante et pleine de bons conseils. Ne changez rien ! Je reviendrais avec plaisir la prochaine fois ( la conjointe de Laurent )
