I had a fantastic experience with Nick. He was very charming and attentive, and explained every part of the process to me. He also had great recommendations of products but wasn’t trying to upsell to me - he confirmed which of the products I already owned were good and which I could use better for. He had no hesitation when I asked questions, and was very kind, polite, and funny. Nick transformed my hair from a clumped up frizzy mess to sleek and straight within only 2.5 hours. The other thing I really liked about his process is that I can wash my hair and get it wet almost immediately, instead of being forced to wait several days or having to hide from the rain. Overall I am very pleased with my time with him as well as the results of my hair, which looks beautiful and healthy. I will definitely be returning and will encourage anyone who is looking for a straightening treatment in Paris to trust their hair with Nick!
